국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 제조기업과 물류기업을 대상으로 공급사슬위험 요인이 공급사슬역량 전략과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하여 기업의 위험관리에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통해 공급사슬위험 요인으로 기업의 내부적 위험, 기업의 외부적 위험, 공급사슬 네트워크 위험을 선정하였다. 공급사슬역량 전략은 공급사슬 민첩성과 공급사슬 유연성, 기업성과는 정량적 성과와 정성적 성과로 설정하였다. 국내 제조기업과 물류기업의 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료(208부)를 토대로 구조방정식모형 분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과 기업의 내부적 위험과 기업의 외부적 위험은 공급사슬 민첩성 및 유연성 강화 전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 네트워크 위험은 유연성 강화 전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 공급사슬 민첩성 강화 전략은 정량적 및 정성적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 공급사슬 유연성 강화 전략은 정성적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결과적으로 공급사슬위험관리의 일환으로서 공급사슬 민첩성 및 유연성 강화 전략은 기업의 공급사슬에 있어 유의미한 역할을 수행하며 공급사슬성과를 제고시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 급변하는 기업환경으로 인한 위험과 불확실성에 대응하기 위해 공급사슬에서 민첩성과 유연성을 증대시켜 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study presents implications for corporate risk management by analyzing empirically the effects of supply chain risk factors on supply chain capability strategies and corporate performance targeting domestic manufacturing companies and logistics companies. Research design, data, methodology : As supply chain risk factors, internal risk and external risk of a company, supply chain network risk were selected by antecedents. Supply chain capability strategy was to be categorized supply chain agility and supply chain flexibility. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting domestic manufacturing companies and logistics companies. Structural equation modeling analysis was employed in order to test the hypotheses of the research model. Results : Internal and external risk factors of a company had a significant impact on supply chain agility and supply chain flexibility strengthening strategy. Supply chain network risk factors had also a significant impact on supply chain flexibility strategy but less than Internal and external risk factors. Supply chain agility strengthening strategy had a significant impact on quantitative and qualitative performance. Supply chain flexibility strengthening strategy had a significant impact on qualitative performance. Conclusions : This research has verified that supply chain agility and supply chain flexibility strengthening strategy under internal, external and network risks risk play a significant role in a company s supply chain and improve supply chain performance.
