국문 초록

본 연구에서는 EPC사 및 프로젝트 물류사가 프로젝트 관리를 위해 고려해야 할 프로젝트 물류 리스크 요인들이 프로젝트 실행 능력과 EPC 사업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하고자 한다. EPC 사업 및 프로젝트 물류에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 리스크 요인을 운영실무, 인적자원, 재무, 환경 4가지 측면에서 도출하였다. 국내 EPC사 및 프로젝트 물류사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 25.0를 활용하여 분석하였다. 프로젝트 물류 리스크 요인이 프로젝트 실행 능력과 EPC 사업 성과에 직접적으로 영향을 끼친다는 결과를 도출하였으며, 본 연구를 바탕으로 국내 건설사 및 프로젝트 물류사에 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 프로젝트 물류 리스크 요인 중 운영실무 리스크와 재무 리스크는 EPC 사업 성과에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 요인들로써, 운영 및 재무 리스크 요인들에 대하여 충분히 인지하고 프로젝트 시작부터 종료까지 각각의 리스크 요인들에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 관리가 필요하다. 둘째, 대형화되는 해외 EPC 사업 추세와 최근 코로나 팬데믹이 초래한 물류 대란으로 인해 프로젝트 물류 실행 능력이 EPC 사업 성과에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 금액적인 부분 이외에도 운영 및 재무적인 요소들을 중심으로 종합적으로 분석하고 대응해야 한다. EPC 사업에서 물류에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 운영 및 재무 리스크 요인들에 가중치를 두고 프로젝트 실행 능력을 향상시킨다면 EPC 사업 성과에 긍정적인 결과를 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study tried to analyze the effect of major project logistics risk factors that EPC companies and project logistics companies should consider for project management on project execution ability and EPC business performance. Risk factors were derived from operational practices, human resources, finance, and environment through theoretical considerations on EPC business and project logistics. A survey was conducted targeting domestic EPC companies and project logistics companies, and analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 25.0. The results were derived that project logistics risk factors directly affect project execution capability and EPC business performance. Based on this study, the following implications can be presented to domestic construction companies and project logistics companies. First, operational risk and financial risk among the project logistics risk factors are factors that directly affect the EPC business performance. Fully aware of the operational and financial risk factors and in-depth analysis of each risk factor from the start of the project to the end of the project and management is required. Second, due to the trend of overseas EPC business becoming larger and the recent logistics disruption caused by the corona pandemic, project logistics execution ability can have a big impact on EPC business performance. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze and respond to operational and financial factors in addition to the monetary aspect. Recognizing the importance of logistics in the EPC business and improving the project execution ability by giving weight to operational and financial risk factors will bring positive results to the EPC business performance.
