국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 개발 단계에서부터 리빙랩을 활용하여 위치, 상황 기반 AAC 애플리케이션에 대한 수요자의 의견 및 요구를 제안하고 반영하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 AAC 사용자 12명과 및 주변 관련인(부모, 교사 등) 23명을 대상으로 AAC 사용자 리빙랩 및 주변 관련인 리빙랩을 형성하여 위치, 상황 기반 AAC 프로토타입을 사용해 본 뒤 사용자 평가 및 요구를 전달하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 Excel의 Power query, Pivot table을 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석에 활용되었다. 연구결과: 분석 결과는 AAC 사용자 리빙랩에서는 71개의 키워드, 주변 관련인 리빙랩에서는 48개의 키워드로 도출되었으며, 공통 키워드는 위치, 상황 관련에서는 4개, 애플리케이션 기능 관련에서는 21개로 나타났다. 결론: 리빙랩을 통해 제안된 요구들을 바탕으로 향후 개발될 AAC 애플리케이션에 반영하고 개선해야 할 점에 대해 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose and reflect consumer opinions and needs for location and situation-based AAC applications using Living Lab(LL) from the development stage. Method: This study formed AAC user and stakeholder LL for 12 AAC users and 23 stakeholders(parents, teachers, etc.) to use the location and situation-based AAC prototype and then performed user evaluations to identify the needs of users. Text mining analysis using Excel s Power Query and Pivot table was conducted based on the data collected during the user evaluations. Results: From the text mining analysis, we found 71 keywords in the AAC user LL and 48 keywords in the stakeholder LL. Four keywords about location and situation, and 21 about application functions were common in both AAC user and stakeholder LL. Conclusion: Based on the identified needs through the LL and the text mining analysis, we proposed suggestions to improve location and situation-based AAC applications in the future.
