국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중국 특수교사의 보조공학 전문능력에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하는데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 중국의 7개 지역의 23개 특수학교에서 편의군집표집에 의해 보조공학을 사용하고 있거나 보조공학을 사용한 경험이 있는 특수교사 409명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중국 특수교사의 보조공학 전문능력에 대한 하위영역별 중요도 수준과 실행도 수준은 기초 지식, 지도 전략, 학습 환경, 지도 계획, 평가, 전문성 개발, 협력 등 전체 하위영역에서 중요도 수준이 실행도 수준보다 높았다. 둘째, 중국 특수교사의 보조공학 전문능력에 대한 하위문항별 중요도 수준과 실행도 수준은 전체 하위문항에서 중요도 수준이 실행도 수준보다 높았다. 셋째, 특수교사의 보조공학 전문능력을 위한 학습 환경, 지도 계획, 평가, 협력 영역은 중요도가 높은 만큼 좋은 결과를 유지하기 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 영역으로 나타났다. 결론: 이상의 연구결과는 중국 특수교사의 보조공학 전문능력, 특히 실행도 수준을 높이기 위하여 다양한 측면에서의 노력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance and performance of special education teachers in China on the professional ability related to assistive technology. Method: This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 409 special education teachers who used assistive technology or have experience using assistive technology in 23 special schools in seven regions in China based on convenience cluster sampling. Results: First, the importance level and performance level for each sub-area of the professional ability of special education teachers in China showed that the level of importance in all sub-areas, such as basic knowledge, instructional strategy, learning environment, instruction plan, evaluation, professional development, and cooperation was higher than the level. Second, the learning environment, instructional planning, evaluation, and cooperation areas for special education teachers specialized abilities in assistive technology were found to be highly important, so continuous efforts were required to maintain good results. Conclusion: The research results suggest that efforts in various areas are needed to improve the professional ability of special education teachers in China, especially in terms of the level of performance.
