국문 초록

최근 교육환경의 급속한 변화는 교육과정 운영에 다양성을 요구하고 있다. 교육부의 고등교육정책은 교육환경변화와 연계하여 교육과 취업을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라 교육환경변화는 2000년 이전 전문대학이 실무중심 고등교육을 담당하였으나, 2000년 이후 4년제 대학이 실무를 중시하는 학과가 개설되면서 전문대학과 4년제 대학과의 입학생 유치경쟁도 발생하고 있다. 특히 교육부는 2000년 하반기부터 대학의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 정부 재정지원정책을 수립하면서 구조조정을 위한 간접적인 통제를 실시하고 있다. 즉, 전문대학은 2014년 실시한 대학육성사업 재정지원정책으로 입학원원의 조정을 강제화 하였고, NCS 기반 학습모듈의 도입 운영으로 교육과정에도 많은 변화를 초래하게 되었다. NCS 기반 학습모듈은 직무능력 향상을 위한 고등교육의 전문성을 강조하고 있다. 전문성이란 산업체가 요구하는 직무능력단위를 말하고, 대학은 학과 특성을 고려하여 자율적으로 교육과정을 개발 운영함으로써 산업체에 부응하는 능력단위에 맞게 전문인력을 육성하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 NCS 기반 학습모듈 세분류의 회계․감사의 전표관리 교과목을 학습모듈 가이드라인에 따라 개발과정을 제언한다. 학습모듈 개발결과는 학습내용이 일정한 수준의 능력단위에 맞게 학습수준의 도달정도를 학습모듈 틀에서 요구하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학습모듈을 통하여 교과목 이수로 특정한 능력단위를 수행할 수 있는 자격증제도와 같이 운영됨으로써 능력단위 수행으로 능력단위의 우수성이 향상되는 측면도 있지만 대학은 다양성을 지향하는 창의성 교육의 적합성에 대한 반문도 있다.

영문 초록

The rapid change of education environment requires diversity in the development and implementation of university curriculum, or course of study. This changing situation has led The Ministry of Education (MOE) to enforce a restructuring policy for universities since the second half of the year 2000. In other words, the MOE began to realize university as central institution for advanced vocational training, and subsequently, in 2014, compelled universities to adjust the number of freshmen recruitment in return for governmental financial support for university restructuring. The MOE has also come to standardize the university course of study by introducing new learning modules based on NCS. The learning module based on NCS emphasizes professionalism of advanced education for improvement of ability to work. In line with this new direction for professional education, this study, therefore, proposes development of a new accounting curriculum consisting of Accounting, Auditing, and Slip Management, based on NCS as learning module guideline. Developing a new learning module based on NCS posits that the learning contents should be packaged into a modular format in terms of faculty unit so that taking a module of subjects would automatically pass for certifying that specific faculty unit. It is thought that the development of such a leaning module is likely to improve capability for some faculty units, but it may also come as hindrance to diversifying creative education which underlies the university course of study.
