전산회계실무 성적에 영향을 미치는 관련교과 분석

국문 초록

정보통신기술의 발달은 회계환경에도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 급변하는 사회환경의 변화와 정보기술의 발전은 상업계고등학교 회계교육에도 전산화 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 전산회계교육은 현장실무교육과 자격검정제도에까지 연계되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상업계 고등학교 현장에서 이루어지는 회계 전산화교육의 체계적인 교육활동을 위하여 학교현장의 교과과정과 교과과목간의 상관관계를 확인하여 사회와 기업이 요구하는 인재를 양성하기 위한 전산회계교육의 발전방안을 제시한다. 상업계고등학교 학생들의 성적 분석을 통하여 전산회계실무 교과목에 영향을 미치는 전문 교과들을 분석하여 체계적인 전산회계교육과 효율적인 교육과정을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 회계관련 교과목 성적은 전체적으로 낮은 평균값을 보이며, 특히 회계기초교과는 낮은 점수와 높은 점수에 높은 분포를 보여 학생들이 회계교과 내용에 대한 이해도가 상이함과 동시에 낮음을 보여주었다. 반면 전산관련 교과목들은 고른 분포와 더불어 평균값 이상에 전체의 50%이상이 분포하였다. 교과목간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 상관관계 분석을 통해서는 전산회계 실무성적은 전산관련 교과목성적과 회계관련과목 성적과 높은 양의 상관관계가 존재함을 보여 주고 있다. 또한 회계관련 교과목과 전산관련 교과목의 성적이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단간에 전산회계실무성적에 유의적인 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 전산회계실무 교과목은 전산관련 교과목과 회계관련 교과목과 높은 상관관계를 가지며, 성적 분포를 통해 학생들의 회계교과목에 대한 관심과 이해도가 부족한 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 새로운 교수-학습법을 개발하여 이해도를 높일 수 있는 방법을 모색하여야 한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 상업계고등학교 전산회계실무교육의 발전을 위하여 몇 가지 방향을 제시한다. 첫째, 전산회계실무 과목이 교육과정 안에 편성되어야 하며, 둘째, 꾸준한 동기부여와 유기적이고 지속적인 교육활동이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 셋째, 교수-학습방법에도 변화가 필요할 것이다. 특히 학생들의 이해도가 낮은 회계교과와 심화과정 교과에 학생들의 관심과 흥미를 끌 수 있는 수업방식이 개발되어야 할 것이다. 넷째는 학생들의 내적요인을 분석하여 교과적 문제와 고민들을 해결해 나갈 수 있는 창구를 시스템화하여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 사회가 요구하는 인재양성을 위해서는 학교 뿐 아니라 교육 행정당국과 기업의 유기적인 협조체제를 통해 새로운 정보와 교육이 신속정확하게 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이런 제안들을 통해 상업계 고등학교의 전산회계 교육이 실무 지향적 회계정보 소양인을 기르는데 도움이 되고, 더 나아가 기업과 사회에 필요한 인재를 배출하여 국가발전에 이바지하며, 학생들 스스로 인생을 개척해 나가는데 있어 사회에 적응하는 힘 또한 기를 수 있게 되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

In modern society, all fields are being automated with the advancement of information technology. The computer system has been applied also to the accounting area and a renovation to maximize accuracy and efficiency has been brought. To foster the talented person who are appropriate for the environmental change, the education system must be set for an appropriate direction which is suitable to the information age. The thought that the systematic education of computer accounting should be done is being implemented now in the commercial high school, recognizing the request of new environment. In this research I present a way to develop the computer accounting education through the analysis of the computer accounting related subjects, which is possible since I analyze the score of the students who have been educated under the 6th national curriculum of Korea. On the basis of the analysis I suggest some directions for the develop of computer accounting education as follows. First, the computer accounting subject must be one of the independent subjects in the curriculum. Second, it is necessary to teach related subjects organically and consistently with steady incentive. Third, the change in the teaching-learning method is required. Fourth, it is important to support the students. We should understand the students having problems in studying under the systematic and challenging curriculum. We can build the system in which they can get the consultation from various sources like friends or special consulting teachers. Lastly, the new information and education must be provided in timely manner through the cooperation of the educational administration bodies and business enterprises. I expect these proposals will help the computer accounting subject in the commercial and information high school educate practice-oriented students, and the students who have necessary capabilities for the information age will be the contribution to the enterprise and society.
