국문 초록

상업계고등학교는 산업 환경변화에 부응하기 위하여 특성화 고등학교로 재조직되어야 한다. 그러나 산업체의 수요와 변화에 알맞은 특성화된 교육이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 설문지를 통하여 교사, 학생 및 산업체 근무자들을 대상으로 특성화 교육 내용, 교육과정, 교육 방법과 특성화 교육의 인지 및 효과를 분석하였다. 가설결과는 교사들은 다른 두 집단과는 달리 특성화 교육 내용, 교육 과정 및 방법이 다르다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 그러므로 특성화 고등학교 교사들은 상업계 고등학교 교사들보다 교육 내용, 교육 과정 및 방법에 보다 더 특성화되어 있었다. 그리고 교육의 인지와 효과에는 별 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 이 결과는 특성화 교육이 표준 교육보다 더 산업체 변화 수요에 더 적절하다는 것이다. 특성화 교육은 특성화 고등학교에서만 재조직되어야 한다는 의미는 아니다. 이는 특성화 교육 과정을 위한 대체안이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 특성화 교육은 산업체의 변화하는 수요에 적응할 수 있는 상업계 고등학교에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 본다. 그들은 특성화 교육과 다양성에 학생들의 흥미와 태도를 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

A commercial high school is reorganized into a specialized high school to cope with the changing industrial environment. But it needs specialized education programs to meet the demands and changes of the industrial companies. This study analyzes the content, curriculum, method, perception and effect of specialized education in regard to teachers, students, workers of industrial companies through questionnaires. The result of the hypothesis effect : The hypothesis of the contents, curriculum and methods of education adopted among teachers comparative hypotheses of the two groups differ. The comparative hypotheses among students adopted a curriculum and methods of education. Therefore, teachers in specialized high schools teach more specific quality on contents, curriculum, methods of education than teachers in commercial high schools. And there is no difference on perception and the effect of education. The result shows specialized education is more pertinent for the community s changing demands than standard education. Specialized education doesn t mean reorganize into a specialized school. It means it can be an alternative plan for a specialized education curriculum. And specialized education goes into effect in commercial high schools to meet the changing demands of the industral companies. They apply to students aptitude and interests on variety and specialized education.
