국문 초록

본고에서는 육교시사의 향배와 잔영을 중심으로 19세기말 20세기초 여항문인의 교유양상을 살펴보았다. 특히 여항문인 관련 저술과 간행을 바탕으로 육교시사의 향배와 잔영을 파악하여, 당시 여항문인의 교유뿐 아니라 여항문학의 존재양상으로 논의를 확대하였다. 金得鍊의 『環璆唫艸』 뿐 아니라, 姜瑋의 『古歡堂收艸詩稿』, 金奭準의 『紅藥樓懷人詩錄』․『紅藥樓續懷人詩錄』은 육교시사의 향배와 잔영이 조명하는데 매우 중요한 자료이다. 제1세대 육교시사는 강위 생전과 사후에 강위를 맹주로 여항문인이 일정정도 활동을 지속한 반면, 이후에는 김석준을 맹주로 육교시사의 전통을 계승하여 기존 구성원과 새로운 구성원으로 日新하는 면모를 보여준다. 강위를 맹주로 하는 제1세대 육교시사는 『고환당수초시고』 간행에 주도적으로 참여하는 시점까지는 커다란 변화를 보이지 않는다. 다만 강위 생전의 번성하던 예전에 비해서 점차 쇠퇴의 길로 접어든다. 이후 명맥만 유지하던 육교시사는 『환구금초』의 저술과 간행을 계기로 다시 활력을 되찾는다. 그런데 이전과는 달리 육교시사에 변화가 감지된다. 제1세대 육교시사 구성원은 소수에 불과하고, 김득련과 김석준의 교유인물이 새롭게 등장하기에 이른다. 이는 제2세대 육교시사로서 김석준이 육교로 거처를 옮기면서 맹주로 부상하는 상황과 관련이 깊다. 이후 『홍약루속회인시록』은 김석준을 맹주로 그 주변 인물이 또다시 등장한다. 이들은 김석준과 개인적 친분과 교분을 맺고 『홍약루속회인시록』 서발문에 참여한다. 이상과 같이, 제1세대 육교시사는 강위 생전과 사후에 강위를 맹주로 여항문인이 일정정도 활동을 지속한 반면, 이후 제2세대 육교시사는 김석준을 맹주로 육교시사의 전통을 계승하여 기존 구성원과 새로운 구성원으로 日新하는 면모를 보여준다.

영문 초록

So far, I have examined the influence of the ‘yuggyo(六橋)’ poet society on the aspect of the coexistence of the yeohang(閭巷) intellectuals from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. Especially, I grasped the influence of ‘yuggyo’ poet society on the basis of the works related to yeohang intellectuals and its publishing. In addition, I extended the discussion to the existence of yeohang literate as well as their relationship with yeohang(閭巷) intellectuals who lived at that time. Of course, of Kim Deug-lyeon(金得鍊), of Kang-Wi(姜瑋), and of Kim Seok-joon(金奭準) are very important data to illuminate the influence relationship with ‘yuggyo’ poet society. The earliest ‘yuggyo’ poet society was yeohang intellectuals who followed Kang-Wi and continued to work after Kang-Wi died. Since then, Kim Seok-joon has revamped the atmosphere by organizing new members. The early members, who played an active part in the centering of Kang-Wi, will take a leading role in the publication of . It only declined compared to the time when he was alive. Since then, ‘yuggyo’ poet society, which has been maintaining its strength, regained its vitality with the publication of . The next generation members who started to lead the ‘yuggyo’ poet society were mainly the people whom kim Deug-lyeon and Kim Seok-joon had close friendship with. A few moments later, with the occasion of , Kim Seok-joon emerged as a leader, and the people who were acquainted with him started appearing again. All of them write the preface of the work. This study focuses on the activities of the next generation, focusing on the activities of yeohang intellectualsand the new composition that played an important role in the early ‘yuggyo’ poet society.
