국문 초록

낙관적인 전망과 단계별 일상회복 정책에도 불구하고 코로나19 감염자 수는 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 또한 코로나19와 일상이 공존하는 위드코로나 시대(With COVID-19 era)가 도래하였다. 예측 가능성이 낮은 불확실성의 시대에 리스크 관리와 대책 마련에 총력을 기울일 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 CMP 국제표준과 PMBOK를 기반으로 위드코로나 시대를 위한 MICE 관리 프레임워크 및 가이드라인을 개발하여 보다 높은 활용성과 체계적 관리가 이루어지도록 하는 것를 목적으로 한다. 국제표준의 CMP 도메인과 기술에 따라 영역을 분류하고, PMBOK를 기반으로 MICE 관리에 적합한 개별 프로세스를 도출하였다. 그 결과 26개의 세부 프로세스를 개발하고 위드코로나 시대에 대응할 수 있는 MICE 가이드라인을 마련하였다. 또한 주최자와 참석자에게 정보를 제공하고 전염 위험을 줄이기 위한 조치에 대한 신뢰를 구축하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 주요 질문 목록을 제시하였다. MICE 관리 프레임워크는 기존 연구에서 거의 적용한 적이 없는 CMP 국제표준, PMBOK 등의 국제 표준을 활용하여 개발되었으며, 위드코로나 시대에 대응하기 위한 체계적인 가이드라인을 개발하여 MICE 산업의 활용가능성과 위험관리의 질적 향상을 도모하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 의의에도 불구하고 몇가지 한계를 가진다. 향후 지속적인 연구를 통해 국내 MICE 산업의 현황과 특수성을 반영한 프레임워크와 가이드라인의 업데이트가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Despite optimistic outlook and a step-by-step recovery policy, The number of COVID-19 infections is increasing rapidly. Also the era of With COVID-19 , where people coexist with COVID-19 and daily life, has arrived. In this era of uncertainty with low predictability, it is necessary to fully focus on risk management and preparation of countermeasures. This study aims to develop a MICE management framework and guidelines for the With COVID-19 era based on the CMP international standard and the PMBOK for higher usability and systematic management. Domains were classified according to CMP domain and skills of International Standards, and individual processes suitable for MICE management were derived based on PMBOK. As a result, 26 detailed processes and guidelines for MICE that can respond to the With COVID-19 era were established. In addition, customizable sample questions were presented that could inform organizers and attendees and help build trust in measures to reduce the risk of transmission. The MICE framework was developed using international standards such as CMP IS and PMBOK, which could not be applied in previous studies, and systematic guidelines to respond to the With COVID-19 era were developed to improve the practicality of the MICE industry and the quality of risk management. Despite the significance of this study, it has limitations. Based on this study, it is necessary to update the framework and guidelines reflecting the situation and specificity of the domestic MICE industry through continuous research.
