성인애착이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 기혼 남녀의 성인애착(회피애착, 불안애착)과 결혼만족도 간의 관계에서 정서조절 곤란과 공동대처가 순차 매개효과를 가지는지 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 전국의 기혼 남녀 383명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회피애착, 불안애착, 정서조절곤 란, 공동대처, 그리고 결혼만족도는 서로 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회피 애착은 정서조절곤란과 공동대처의 순차 완전매개를 통해 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 불안애착은 정서조절곤란과 공동대처의 순차 부분매개를 통해 결혼만족도에 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 회피애착이나 불안애착이 높은 기혼남녀의 결혼만족도 를 증진시키기 위해서는 정서조절곤란과 공동대처의 개입이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The current study examined whether emotional dysregulation and dyadic coping had mediating effects on the relationship between adult attachment (avoidance and anxiety attachment) and marital satisfaction. The participants of this study were 383 married men and women. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, all variables including avoidance attachment, anxiety attachment, emotional dysregulation, dyadic coping, and marital satisfaction were significantly correlated each other. Second, emotional dysregulation and dyadic coping sequentiallly and fully mediated in the relationship between avoidance attachment and marital satisfaction. Third, emotional dysregulation and dyadic coping sequentiallly and partially mediated in the relationship between anxiety attachment and marital satisfaction. This study suggests that the intervention of emotional dysregulation and dyadic coping is required in order to increase the marital satisfaction among married men and women with high avoidance or anxiety attachment.
