국문 초록

현대 주거 문화는 과거와 많은 차이를 가지고 있다. 도시가 고령화됨에 따라 점점 더 많은 사람들이 주택의 형태가 다양해질 것으로 기대하고 있다. 한국에서, 서울과 대도시의 인구는 한국전쟁 이후 급속한 도시화와 산업화로 인해 빠르게 증가했다. 결과적으로, 주택 부족 문제를 해결하기 위해 난개발이 불가피했고, 이제, 그 도시는 마침내 새로운 정비가 다시 필요한 시기에 도달했다. 그러나, 국내 정비사업은 대부분 기존 주택을 모두 철거하고 아파트를 신축하는 완전 철거 방식으로 진행되어 사업기간 지연, 주거지역으로의 주민 유입 등 다양한 문제가 발생하였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는, 가로주택 정비사업 현장 구성원들이 사업추진을 위해 고려한 사업상의 문제점 및 인식을 조사·분석하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 가로주택 정비사업은 홍보 측면에서 두드러지고 사업의 안정성을 추구한다는 점에서 많은 면에서 도움이 될 것이다. 그러나 사업 초기 상당 부분이 시행되지 않아 조사나 이전 연구를 통한 활성화 방안이 부족했다. 특히 이 사업은 3개 분야만 완료돼 현황조사가 어려웠고 설문지도 어려웠다. 이 모든 사항을 고려하여 향후 사업의 법적, 제도적 보완점과 구성원들이 원하는 사업에 대한 후속 대책을 마련해야 한다.

영문 초록

Modern residential culture has many differences from the past. As the city ages, more and more people expect the form of housing to diversify. In Korea, the population of Seoul and large cities increased rapidly due to rapid urbanization and industrialization after the Korean War. As a result, reckless development was inevitably carried out to solve the housing shortage, and now, the city has finally reached a time when new maintenance is needed again. However, most of the maintenance projects in Korea were carried out in a complete demolition method of demolishing all existing houses and constructing new apartments, resulting in various problems such as delays in the project period and the influx of residents to residential areas. Therefore, in this paper, a study was conducted to investigate and analyze the problems and perceptions of the project considered by the members of the street housing maintenance project site to help promote the project. The street housing maintenance project will be helpful in many ways in that it stands out in terms of publicity and pursues the stability of the project. However, many parts of the project were not implemented in the early stages, so there was a lack of revitalization measures through surveys or previous studies. In particular, since the project had only three completed areas, it was difficult to study the current status and the questionnaire was also difficult. Considering all of these matters, legal and institutional complementary points of future projects and follow-up measures for projects desired by members should be prepared.
