미술 영재 판별 검사 검증에 관한 연구

국문 초록

현재 우리나라에서 미술영재 판별은 일반적으로 추천서와 실기로 이루어지고 있으며 올해 처음으로 심층 인터뷰를 통한 영재 선별이 시도되었다. 이는 그 동안 반복과 연습의 결과로 길러진 영재성이 아닌 잠재적 영재성에 대한 인식 전환의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 예술 활동의 결과는 수치화되기 어렵다는 이유에서 미술 영재의 창의성과 영재판별에 대한 논의는 현장성과 실제성을 담보하지 못했다. 이에 본 연구는 중등학생을 대상으로 미술 영재 판별 검사인 CDAT와 TTCT를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 판별 검사의 유의미성을 알아보고자 하였다. 판별 검사 결과는 교사의 지속적인 관찰 및 수업 결과물과의 상관관계를 분석하는 절차를 통해 검증하였으며, 그 결과 미술 영재 판별 검사와 미술 영재 활동 결과가 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 CDAT와 TTCT가 미술 영재를 선별하기 위한 도구로서 가치가 있음을 의미하며, 더 나아가 미술영재 판별에 있어서 기존의 전통적 방식이 아닌 새로운 판별 방법을 모색해야 함을 의미한다.

영문 초록

Currently in our country distinguishing talented Art student is being accomplished by both recommedation letter and practical examination in general and this year, it is firstly intended to select those talented Art student through an in-depth interview. This could be the starting point of cognitive switchover in regard to potential talent , which has not been the one developed as a result of repetition and practice before. However, in spite of such endeavor, the discussion on creativity of talented Art student and distinction of Art talented student could not be guaranteed for on-site nature and reality since the effect of art activity is difficult to be numerically evaluated. Thus, this research performs CDAT and TTCT, distinguishable examination for talented Art student aimed at middle and high school student, and presents the significance of distinguishable examination for talented Art student by analyzing its result. The result on distinguishable examination is verified through the analyzing procedure of inter-connection between teacher s constant observation and result work of class and, it was found that the distinguishable examination for talented Art student is identified with the activity result for talented Art student. Above result proves that CDAT and TTCT are the valuable tools to select talented Art student, and furthermore it means there s a need to explore new distinguishing method for distinguishable talented Art student, not through an existing conventional way.
