국문 초록

최근 장기화하고 있는 COVID-19 여파로 경기불황이 지속되면서 외식 소상공인의 폐업률이 상승하고 있다. 본 연구는 외식 소상공인 대상으로 불확실한 환경 속에서 동태적 역량과 4차 산업혁명 시대에 사회적 자본이 사업지속의지에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하고, 사회적 지지는 이들 관계에서 어떤 역할을 하는지 검증하여 외식 소상공인의 성장에 이바지하고 사업지속의지를 높일 수 있는 실질적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 외식 소상공인의 감지능력과 조정능력은 사업지속의지에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 포착능력은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 자본은 동태적 역량 모두 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지는 감지능력과 포착능력에서 부(-)의 유의한 조절영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외식 소상공인의 사업지속의지를 가질 수 있는 요인 간 상호연관성과 이를 실질적인 개념을 구분하고 그 과정을 실증적으로 밝혔다는데 본 연구의 큰 의미가 있다고 보인다. 외식 소상공인들이 불확실함 속에 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황에서 동태적 역량과 사회적 자본에 대한 중요성을 인식시켜줌으로써 사업지속의지를 높이는 성공적인 외식 소상공인의 성장과 발전에 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The closure rate of restaurant small businesses is rising as the economic recession continues in the aftermath of the prolonged COVID-19. This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the dynamic capabilities and social capital on business continuity in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution in an uncertain environment for small business owners and to demonstrate social support in these relationships to provide practical ways to contribute to the growth of small business owners. Research verification shows that the ability to detect and adjust the dynamic capabilities of small business owners in restaurants directly affected their intention to continue their business. Analysis shows that the seizing capability is not significant. When using social capital as a parameters, both the dynamic capabilities have significant mediated effects. In addition, social support, which is a moderated variable, has a significant negative moderated effect (-) on the sensing capability and the seizing capabilities among dynamic competencies. Through this study, I expect it will serve as a foundation for the growth and development of successful restaurant business owners by recognizing the importance of the dynamic capabilities and social capital amid uncertainty.
