국문 초록

본 연구는 조리전공 대학생들을 대상으로 조리 교육환경이 수업몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 조리전공 대학생들의 수업몰입이 학생만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 또한 자기조절학습이 조리교육환경과 수업몰입 간에 조절효과 관계를 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구하였다. 연구의 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 조리교육환경이 수업몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 교수능력, 교육시설, 교육과정은 수업몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조리교육 수업몰입이 학생만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육시설*자기조절학습, 교육과정*자기조절학습은 수업몰입에 유의적인 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다. 조리수업은 실습수업 중심이기에 실습 교육에 필요한 시설, 체계적인 수업프로그램이 구축되어야 할 것이고, 보다 더 나은 수업을 위해서 양질의 메카니즘 확보가 중요하다.

영문 초록

This study examines how the culinary education environment affects class immersion for culinary college students, and how self-regulated learning affects the student satisfaction with the culinary education environment and class immersion The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect relationship. The hypothesis test results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the results of multiple regression analysis to verify the effect of the culinary education environment on class immersion showed that teaching ability, educational facilities, and curriculum had a statistically significant effect on class immersion. Second, the result of regression analysis to verify the effect of immersion in cooking education on student satisfaction was found to have a significant effect. Third, educational facilities x self-regulated learning and curriculum x self-regulated learning had a significant positive (+) moderating effect on class immersion.
