국문 초록

본 연구는 조리 및 외식 전공 대학생들의 성격유형이 진로 결정 자기효능감과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하고, 성격유형이 진로 결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 성차에 따라 어떠한 차이를 나타내는지 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 연구의 표본은 조리 및 외식경영전공 대학생이며, 총 327부의 설문 응답을 조사에 이용하였다. 분석 도구로는 SPSS과 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 개방적이고 외향적인 성격의 소유자들이 진로 결정 자기효능감에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 진로 결정 자기효능감은 정보탐색, 목표설정, 문제해결 능력 순으로 진로성숙도에 정(+)적인 관계가 있음을 검증하였다. 따라서, 학생들의 성격유형에 따른 진로지도방법의 세분화를 제시하고, 학생 스스로 진로결정에 관한 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 지도가 이루어져야할 필요성을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to verify the impact of personality types on career decision self-efficacy and career maturity of cooking and dining college students, and to see how personality types differ depending on gender difference in career decision self-efficacy. The sample of the study was a college student majoring in cooking and dining management, and a total of 327 survey responses were used in the survey. As an analysis tool, the hypothesis was verified through descriptive statistical analysis, verifiable factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS and AMOS programs. Research has shown that open and outgoing owners have the greatest influence on career decision self-efficacy, and that career decision self-efficacy has a positive relationship to career maturity in the order of information exploration, goal setting and problem-solving skills. Therefore, the classification of career guidance methods according to students personality types was presented, and guidance was suggested to strengthen students ability to make career decisions themselves.
