초등학생의 진로동기, 진로준비행동과 진로의사결정간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 성별 및 학년에 따른 초등학생의 진로동기, 진로준비행동, 진로의사결정을 분석하고 각 변인 간 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 조사하는데 있다. 이 연구는 세종, 충남 지역의 초등학교 5, 6학년 336학생에게 설문지를 배부하여 전량 회수하였으며 최종적으로 269부를 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구에 활용된 설문지의 통계처리는 SPSS 21 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 유의수준 p<.05에서 t-test, F-test, 피어슨의 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로동기 및 진로준비행동의 정도가 높은 집단이 진로의사결정 수준도 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 초등학생의 진로동기 및 진로준비행동의 각 하위요소(진로통찰력, 진로정체감, 진로탄력성, 진로탐색활동, 진로개발활동)는 진로의사결정에 정적의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 초등학생의 합리적인 진로의사결정을 위해서는 진로 교육 시 진로동기와 진로준비행동 함양을 돕는 상담 및 프로그램을 도입할 필요가 있다. 나아가 현재 초등학생의 진로동기, 진로준비행동, 진로의사결정에 대한 분석과 각 변인의 측정 도구에 관한 연구가 미비하므로 이와 관련된 지속적인 연구가 더욱 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to analyze the career motivation, career preparation behavior, and career decision making of elementary school students and to find out the relationship between each variable. In this study, all questionnaires were distributed to 336 students of fifth and sixth grade in elementary schools in Sejong and Chungnam, and finally 269 copies were used for the study. The statistical processing of the questionnaires used in this study utilized the SPSS 21 program, and significance level p<.05, t-test, F-test, Pearson s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The main results of this study were as follows: First, it was analyzed that the groups with high career motivation and career preparation behaviors and sub-materials of each variable also had high career decisions. Second, each sub-factor of elementary school students career motivation and career preparation behaviors (career insight, career identity, career elasticity, career exploration and career development activities) had a static effect on career decision making. The above findings show that elementary school students career motivation and career preparation actions have a static correlation with career decision making. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to introduce counseling and programs to help elementary school students develop career motivation and career preparation behavior during career education in order to make reasonable career decisions. Furthermore, because the current path motivation, career preparation behavior, career decision making of elementary school students and the measurement tools of each variable is insufficient, further research is required.
