국문 초록

본 연구는 기독교교육과의 커리큘럼을 진단하기 위한 사례연구로서 먼저 A 대학교 기독교교육과에 소속한 재학생들에게 학과 커리큘럼에 대한 설문조사와 면담을 실시하였다. 이와 더불어 본 연구는 A 대학교 기독교교육과 성향분석을 위하여 학과 창립 당시와 현재 기독교교육과의 신학적 성향을 서술하였다. 학과의 교육목적은 사랑과 섬김의 기독교정신을 바탕으로 기독교교육에 관한 전문적인 이론과 실천을 과학적으로 탐구하여 인격적·창의적·실천적인 교육전문가 및 교육목회자를 양성함에 두었다. 그리고 학과의 교육목표와 구체적인 목표도 소개되었다. 이 목표에 기초하여 학과 커리큘럼의 교과목은 종교, 성경·역사·철학, 과정·방법, 상담, 응용·실제의 영역으로 구분되었고 종교교사 자격 취득을 위한 기본이수 전공과목과 교직과목이 소개되었다. 본 연구는 학과 커리큘럼을 기독교교육학의 하위영역 기준과 체계성, 효율성, 정당성의 관점에서 진단하였다. 기독교교육과 재학생들의 진단은 재학생들의 만족도, 긍정적인 응답, 부정적인 응답, 학과 커리큘럼에 대한 학생들의 기대 등으로 논의하였다. 학과 커리큘럼 진단을 통한 기독교교육과에의 제안은 학과 커리큘럼의 변화, 간학문적 시도, 강의 혹은 수업의 향상, 기독교교육의 정체성 회복, 진로 및 취업 지도, 교육현장의 연결 등으로 논하였다. 본 사례연구에서는 A 대학교 기독교교육과 커리큘럼의 개선점으로 개혁주의 신앙에 기초하여 하나님 중심, 성경중심, 교회중심, 교리와 삶의 일치, 기독교적 인생관과 세계관의 지속적인 탐구의 면을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This article attempts to explore the issue of curriculum diagnosis of Christian education department of A University of Korea. In order to delineate the issue of curriculum diagnosis of Christian education department, this writing searches views of students by questionaire and interviews. Theological trends, goals and objectives and subjects of curriculum of Christian education department are described. The courses of Christian education on A Univertiy are divided into five areas such as religion, Bible·history·philosophy, counseling, application·practice. Major subjects which are related to religion and courses of teacher education are introduced in this paper. Curriculum of Christian education is diagnosed and analyzed in frame of sub-areas of Christian education and systematism, efficiency, and rationality. The content of students’ views on curriculum of Christian education department are resulted in the satisfaction, positive aspects, negative aspects and suggestion. The proposal for Christian education department is suggested as follows; changing of curriculum of Christian education department, adopting inter-discipline, improving quality of class, recovering the identity of Christian education, guiding of students’ career and job, and connecting Christian education with educational contexts.
