국문 초록

본 연구는 외식배달 모바일 어플리케이션 특성이 소비자들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확장된 기술수용모델을 바탕으로 하였다. 연구의 가설검증 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식배달 모바일 어플리케이션 특성이 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향은 정보 제공성, 정보 신뢰성, 상호 작용성, 편익성 모두 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외식배달 모바일 어플리케이션 특성이 지각된 용이성에 미치는 영향은 정보 신뢰성, 상호 작용성, 편익성이 지각된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외식배달 모바일 어플리케이션 특성이 지각된 유희성에 미치는 영향은 정보 제공성, 상호 작용성, 편익성이 지각된 유희성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성이 이용의도 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 용이성이 이용의도 미치는 영향은 이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 지각된 유희성이 이용의도에 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 외식 배달 어플리케이션의 정책으로 시스템을 구축하는 것이 아닌 소비자들의 수용 특성과 성과를 파악하는 것이 중요하다 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is conducted with an extended technology acceptance model (ETAM) to see how the characteristics of food service delivery mobile applications affect consumers. First, catering delivery mobile application characteristics, information provision, information reliability, interactivity, and convenience all had a significant influence on perceived usefulness. Second, catering delivery mobile application characteristic information reliability, interactivity, and convenience had a significant effect on perceived ease. Third, catering delivery mobile application characteristic information provision, interactivity, and convenience had a significant effect on perceived play. Fourth, it was found that the effect of perceived usefulness had a significant effect on intention to use. Fifth, the effect of perceived ease of use had a statistically significant effect. Sixth, the perceived playfulness had no effect on the intention to use. It is judged that it is important to understand the characteristics and performance of consumers through a catering delivery application.
