영문 초록

This paper aims to discuss the property of preservation of and regression to the original state of the Anti-Communist Office of Namyeong-Dong. The previous military regimes of Korea up to the mid-1990s depended on the torture-oriented activities of their intelligence forces such as the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, the Defence Security Command, and the Headquarters of National Police. Even in these days of 2018, which is regarded as ended with democratization, the old facilities of torture-activities are damaged, or their remains have been removed. The facility of Namyeong-Dong is remarkably preserved, although not wholly, besides Park Jongcheul Memorization Hall. I insist that we should preserve the place and restore more evidence of torture and justify the opinion by discovering the attribute of regression to the initial state of democracy-related facilities.
