영문 초록

This paper aims to introduce the contents of the task called the general plan of the Old Jeonnam Provincial Government Building, which has been done by four ninths of the whole term so that other researchers can read as a previous study. In fact, such a paper has not been published publicly. The Institute of Democratic Peace of Chosun University started the business above from August 17, 2018 to end it on February 12, 2019 and announced its mid-term report on December 14, 2018. The second chapter says the contents of direction of the restoration task, and the third chapter what has done for the briefing. In conclusion, I insist that the places with tragic or heroic stories around democratization have the strong regression to the original state and emphasize that they should not be damaged from the start, which will be given to the children for their understanding the political lesson.
