국문 초록

본 연구는 대기업보다 보안역량이 취약한 중소기업을 중심으로 내부의 악의적 산업스파이 활동을 사전적 예방조치를 취하기 위하여 예방적 차원에서 이루어질 수 있는 정책적, 인적, 접근통제를 영역으로 나누어 각 영역에 대한 요인을 델파이 기법을 활용하여 중소기업의 관리적 통제를 위한 구체적인 방법을 분석였다. 분석대상은 산업체 보안실무자 6명, 보안관련 전공 교수 9명으로 총 15명이 선정하였다. 총 3단계의 과정을 거쳤으며 1단계에서 문헌조사와 선행연구 분석을 통하여 인적통제·정책통제·접근통제의 세가지 영역을 확정하였고, 2단계에서는 각 영역에 대한 의견을 구체적으로 수렴하였다. 마지막 3단계에서는 2차 및 3차 설문에서 도출된 요인에 대하여 내용타당도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과를 통하여 보안역량이 취약한 중소기업에게 선택과 집중을 통하여 업무와 자원배분의 효율성을 높이는 중소기업 보안활동이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises with weaker security capabilities than large corporations, dividing policy, human, and access control into areas that can be implemented in a preventive dimension to take precautionary measures against internal malicious industrial spy activities A detailed method for administrative control of SMEs was analyzed using the Delphi technique. The analysis targets were 6 security practitioners and 9 security-related professors, a total of 15 people were selected. A total of three steps were taken. In the first step, three areas of human control, policy control, and access control were determined through literature search and analysis of previous studies, and in the second step, specific opinions on each area were collected. Finally, in step 3, content validity analysis was conducted for the factors derived from the 2nd and 3rd questionnaires. Through the results of the study, it is expected that SME security activities that increase the efficiency of work and resource allocation through selection and concentration to SMEs with weak security capabilities will be carried out.
