국문 초록

중국의 도시화 과정의 추진에 따라 도시 경제가 빠르게 성장하고, 도시 면적이 끊임없이 증가하며, 도시 인구가 점차 유입되고, 도시는 더욱 높은 밀도 방향을 향해 발전한다. 그러나 현재의 도시계획과 도시건설 과정에는 체계적이고 과학적이며 지속가능한 지도가 결여되어 도시의 주택 부족, 도시 주거 공간의 밀집과 그로 인한 생태 환경 문제에 직면하게 될 것이며, 지속적인 신도시와 신시가지를 개발하여 도시 인구가 날로 증가하는 현상을 초래할 것이다. 신도시 개발은 구시가지의 인구와 취업 압력을 완화하고 도시경제 성장을 실현하는 중요한 방법 중의 하나이다. 신도시 개발은 신도시주의, 도시발전단계이론, 현대주거지역계획이론의 지도 아래 세계 각국의 도시지역 발전에 중요한 연구 내용이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 심양시(沈 陽市)의 신도시 개발정책을 연구 대상으로 사례분석 및 문헌연구 방법을 적용해 심양의 도시 발전 동인 및 신도시 계획과 개발의 특성을 연구하여, 현대주거지역 계획이론, 신도시주의 이론, 도시발전단계 이론을 종합해 심양신도시의 살기 좋은 도시의 정체성을 모색하고, 도시 기능의 제고와 도시공간의 발전을 위한 도시화단계에서 새로이 건설되는 신도시 개발정책에 시사점을 도출한다.

영문 초록

With the progress of China s urbanization, the urban economy is growing rapidly, the urban area is increasing, the urban population is gradually pouring in, and the urban development is towards higher density. However, the lack of systematic, scientific and sustainable guidance in the process of urban planning and construction has led to the development of new cities and new towns to meet the increasing demand of urban population. The development and construction of new cities is one of the important ways to relieve the pressure on the population and employment of the old urban areas and achieve urban economic growth. Under the guidance of new urbanism, urban development stage theory and modern settlement planning theory, new urban development has become an important content of research in the innovative development of cities and regions in the world. The article takes Shenyang’s new urban development policy as the research object, and uses case analysis and literature research methods to study the causes of Shenyang’s city and new urban planning and development characteristics of the moving power, integrated modern residential area planning theory, the new urbanism theory, urban development stage theory, explore new place to live in the city of shenyang city integrity, to improve the urban function and urban space development, In the stage of urbanization, it provides inspiration for the new urban development policy of new construction.
