국문 초록

본 연구에서는 우리나라 지체부자유아 부모의 대처전략 척도를 개발하고, 이 척도를 통하여 지체부자유아 부모 대처전략 경향 및 특성을 살펴보았다. 먼저 지체부자유아 부모의 대처전략 척도를 개발하였는데, 선행연구를 통한 개념 구성과 기존의 대처전략 척도를 근거로 문항을 작성하여 전문가 집단에 의한 내용타당도를 확인하였고, 요인 분석을 통해서 대처전략척도 4요인 즉 긍정적 사고, 사회적 지지 활용, 배우자 지지 및 가족의 통합 노력, 적극적 대처 요인이 추출되었다. 하위 요인별 점수로 부모의 대처전략 경향을 살펴보았는데, 긍정적 사고 대처전략 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 배경변인 별 대처전략 수준의 차이를 통해 그 특성을 살펴보았는데 부모가 건강할 때, 종교가 있을 때, 아동이 중고등학생일 때, 부모의 평균 수면시간이 8시간 이상일 때, 한 주 두 세 번 이상 아동과 외출 할 때 부모의 전체적인 대처 전략 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a rating scale for checking out the level of the coping strategy of parents of children with physical disability to analyze the stress rating data according to the background variables of the parents. First of all, made items based on related researches and the existing rating scales and then examined them with experts in this area to prove the content validity of the rating scale. For proving the validity of the instrument, exploratory factor analysis by the Principal Component Analysis and the Berimax Rotation Method was used. As a result of analyzing factors, four factors for coping strategy rating scale were extracted, 23 best item were selected for the coping strategy rating scale. And it was proved to be the reliability through Cronbach α, which showed internal consistency reliability. The Cronbach of coping strategy rating scale rating scale was .86 and the reliabilities of 4 factors were .78-.85. And also they were proved to be the reliability of the re-test, which showed to have the correlation coefficient .89. Also, the concurrent validity was proved with CHIP. The result of analyzing correlation between CHIP said that the concurrent evidences of the stress rating scale were .88 which was highly related. With respect to the differences of background variables about stress rating, the stress showed meaningful differences according to parents health, each parents religious belief, the children s school, the average sleeping hours, the frequency of going out with children.
