지체장애 학생의 특수교육 관련서비스 지원체계 수립을 위한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법 중 가장 큰 변화 중 하나인 특수교육 관련서비스 지원체계의 수립에 대한 관련 전문가들의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 지체장애 학생의 교육과 치료를 담당하는 특수교사 9인과 치료사 5인을 대상으로 개별면담과 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하여 수집된 자료를 질적 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 3개의 주제가 도출되었다. : (1) 특수교육 관련 서비스 도입에 대한 인식, (2) 치료지원 결정 및 전달방법의 다양성, (3) 협력적 팀 접근. 각각에 대한 하위주제로는 치료교육의 변화 요인에 대한 인식, 치료교육의 특수교육 관련서비스 치료지원으로의 전환에 있어서의 문제점, 치료지원의 범위와 치료제공 여부의 결정 방안, 치료 지원의 제공방법 및 문제점, 협력적 팀 접근에 대한 인식 및 실현방안이 정리되었다. 본 연구는 지체장애 학생의 특수교육 관련서비스 지원체계 수립을 위한 기초연구로, 실제적이고 종합적인 치료지원 체계 개발과 협력적 팀 접근 체계 구축의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Though it is true that attentions have been paid to the special education related services, and that expectation of development of new policies on the special education related services, there is a lack of basic data on providing the effective special education related services. The purpose of this study was to provide practical support strategies and practice plan for the special education related services through the qualitative investigation of professionals cognition, experiences, and thought. Nine special education teachers and four therapists were interviewed. From the qualitative analysis, three themes and seven subsidiary themes emerged : (1) cognition about the special education related services, (2) effective support strategies of the special education related services, (3) pertinent practice plan of the collaborative team support. Finally, critical elements and future directions of the special education related services were presented based on the results of the study.
