국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료가 뇌성마비 아동의 소근육과 자기 감정표현에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았으며 그 효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 뇌성마비 아동의 소 근육 발달에 효과가 있었는가를 분석한 결과 미술치료를 실시한 후 소 근육이 발달되었음이 나타났다. 사전보다 사후가 20% 증가하였다. 둘째 미술치료가 뇌성마비 아동의 자기 감정표현에 효과가 있었는가를 분석한 결과 미술치료를 실시한 후 아동의 자기 감정표현에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 자기표현 검사지에서 아동은 작게는 1단계 많게는 두 배의 증가율을 나타내고 있다. 특히 자발적 놀이와 언어 사용에 많은 영향을 미치고 있으며 자신의 작품에 대한 아동의 솔직한 감정을 언어로 표현하고 있다. 지적, 정서적 표현이 증가하였고 사회적 표현에서도 아동은 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 재료의 사용에 있어서도 많은 관심과 탐색을 통하여 재료를 느끼고 있는 것으로 보아 아동의 자기감정표현에 미술치료가 좋은 영향을 미쳤다고 본다. 즉, 미술치료는 뇌성 마비 아동의 소근육 발달을 촉진시키며, 자기표현을 증가시키는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study shows that art therapy influences the muscle progression and self-expression of children who are sick with cerebral palsy, the effect is following. First, it appeared that art therapy influences positively the muscle progression of children who are sick with cerebral palsy. The influence after art therapy increased about 20% compare to before the treatment. It helps to experience varieties of media and express themselves in their own way through the media. Moreover, the use of soft flour clay may effect the emotions of children which also could effect the development of muscle. Second, it appeared that art therapy influences self-emotional expression for the children who are sick with cerebral palsy. The art therapy especially effects the spontaneous play and the use of a word and it helps children to express their true feeling in words about the works they have made. After the use of art therapy, it increased the possibilities of intellectualㆍemotional expressions in children and also made a difference in their social life. This thesis of art therapy will be concluded by giving you some concerning points of view which will be described below. First, it has been studied with only one case study, it might be restricted to generalize. For this reason, well-organized experimental group and regulated group will be needed for next study to have a better understanding of subjects. Second, it might be limited to generalize the result of thesis because the facts of children s developmental stage have not studied for the thesis. According to these points of view, the active experiment will be needed to develop varieties of new art therapy programs and to find a solution on how to adapt as a member of a group in a society. The development of art therapy programs for children who are suffering from illness such as disability and Cerebral palsy and etc. are especially imperative and necessary.
