장애인의 긍정적 심리증진을 위한 기본적 심리욕구, 심리적 수용, 심리적 안녕감의 구조모형 검증 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 장애인들에게 삶에 대한 긍정적 인식을 구축하여 행복을 추구할 수 있도록 하는데 필요성을 두고 실제 장애인의 삶에 적용 가능한 긍정적 심리 역량의 모델링을 구축할 수 있는 긍정적 심리 역량의 모델링을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 기본적 심리욕구, 심리적 수용, 심리적 안녕감 척도를 사용하였으며, 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검사, 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 자료처리 하였다. 이에 3개의 척도 요인들을 대상으로 구조 모형 검증의 적합성을 알아보기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 .9이상이면 적합한 평가기준에 부합하는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 세부적으로 기본적 심리욕구의 자율성, 관계성, 유능성은 심리적 수용과 심리적 안녕감과 유의미한 관계 구조를 가지고 있다는 결과를 도출하였고 이러한 결과는 인간의 기본적인 심리 현상을 자연스럽게 표출하는 장애인의 특성이 잘 보여진 것으로 생각되며 외형적으로 판단되는 모습보다는 내적인 인간의 모습을 더 중요하다고 생각한다는 점이다. 본 연구의 구조 모형 검증을 위한 상관관계 결과에서는 3개의 심리 척도 요인 모두 유의하게 높은 상관관계를 보여주었으며, 측정도구간의 평균은 기본적 심리욕구, 심리적 안녕감, 심리적 수용 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 기본적 심리욕구가 긍정적 심리 역량에 가장 의미가 크다는 것을 보여주었다. 이 연구는 장애인들에게 긍정적 심리 역량을 분석하여 적용 가능한 심리 구조 모델링을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest contributable positive psychological competence that can be applied to the modeling of positive psychological competence for the physical disabilities of life based can be the pursuit of happiness building to positive awareness for life jn the physical disabilities. The study confirmed measurement model consisted explanatory factor analysis, internal consistency and stability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for the statistical procedures of the study. Also, according to the result of confirmatory factor analysis, the index values which were greater than .9 reflected an acceptable fit model. The basic psychological needs factors of autonomy, relationships, competence showed significant relationships structural to psychological acceptance and psychological well-being. Therefore, Rather than externally determined to look more important in human beings is to look at the physical disabilities differently illuminate the opportunity to look, and even between the physical disabilities through the results of these studies give psychological meaning as an important mediator are considered to be emerging. In this study, the structure of the model validation results for the three psychological measures correlated significantly both factors showed a high correlation, a positive psychological disabilities capabilities were able to determine the temporal coherence. The implication of study will be applicable to psychological structural modeling for the physical disabilities.
