국문 초록

본 연구에서는 레스토랑 경영자의 환경가치와 환경경영이 친환경 동적역량 및 환경성과에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 환경가치와 환경경영이 환경 특성의 요인으로 선정되었으며, 이러한 요인들과 친환경 동적역량 및 환경성과와의 관계를 자세히 파악하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 더불어 본 연구는 친환경 동적역량의 매개효과를 자세히 검증함으로써 상세한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료는 온라인 설문조사를 통해 국내의 레스토랑 경영자 339명을 대상으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면 경영자의 환경가치 및 환경경영은 기업의 친환경 동적역량 및 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 친환경 동적역량의 매개효과 또한 유의한 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 본 연구는 환경가치 및 환경경영 시스템을 갖추고자 하는 외식 기업 경영자들이 친환경 동적역량을 향상시켜 성공적인 환경운영 전략을 모색하는데 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of restaurateurs environmental value and management associated with green dynamic capability towards environmental performance. Environmental value and management were selected as restaurateurs environmental characteristics and their relationships with green dynamic capability and environmental performance were analyzed through regression analysis. Additionally, this study tried to discover mediating roles of restaurants green dynamic capability for more detailed information. All the data in this research were collected through an online questionnaire survey from the sample of 339 in South Korea. According to the results in this study, both restaurateurs environmental value and management had significantly positive effects on green dynamic capability and environmental performance. In addition, mediating roles of green dynamic capability between environmental characteristics and performance were confirmed. This study has important implications for the way restaurateurs develop their dynamic capability and successful environmental strategies in the future.
