국문 초록

본 연구는 성폭력 범죄자를 처벌보다는 재활의 관점에서 갱생시키기고 재사회화를 도모하도록 돕는 인지행동치료 프로그램에 집중하였다. 서구에서는 범죄 관련 치료프로그램의 효과가 입증되는 증거기반치료의 형태로 분석되어야 한다는 인식이 팽배하다. 하지만 현재 우리나라의 형사사법시스템을 살펴보면 성폭력 범죄자에 대한 처우의 개선보다는 처벌을 강화하는 것으로 재범률을 줄이고자 한다. 그러므로 범죄자의 근본적인 원인을 파악하여 왜곡된 인지와 성향을 바꾸어 새로운 생활양식에 적용하도록 돕는 인지행동치료 프로그램을 발전시키고자 한다. 성폭력 범죄자들을 대상으로 한 인지행동치료 프로그램을 분석하여 그 효과성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 범죄인의 주요 특성으로는 인지적 왜곡, 강간통념, 공감능력, 충동성에 집중하였다. 현재 성폭력 범죄자 인지행동치료 프로그램이 가지고 있는 문제점이 무엇인지 현황을 살펴보고, 프로그램에 대한 문제점을 지적하여 개선방안을 제시함으로써 인지행동치료 프로그램에 대한 개선을 통하여 교정의 목적을 이루고자 함에 있다. 더 나아가 이 논문을 통해 많은 사람이 인지행동치료 프로그램에 대한 관심을 가지고 연구 및 개발이 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 성폭력 범죄자 인지행동치료 프로그램의 현황과 내용을 살펴본 결과, 현재 개인 차원에서 진행한 성폭력 범죄자를 대상으로 한 인지행동치료 프로그램은 RNR적 관점에서 위험성 원칙과 충실성 원칙 그리고 욕구원칙에의 개입이 부재하다. 또한 개발 및 시행, 동기부여, 효과연구 부족 등의 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 RNR적 관점에서 프로그램의 구성을 개선하도록 하며 프로그램의 개발과 시행을 고취시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 참여자에게 동기를 부여할 수 있도록 해야 하며 효과가 검증된 성범죄자 치료프로그램을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. 성폭력 범죄의 건수는 나날이 증가하고 있으며 수법 또한 잔혹해져 심각성이 대두된다. 인지행동치료 프로그램의 문제점을 인식하고 프로그램의 개선과 개발을 통하여 재범방지를 위한 노력이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 현 성폭력 범죄자 인지행동치료 프로그램의 개선을 통하여 궁극적으로 범죄자의 재사회화를 통해 재범방지를 이루는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 재범방지를 통하여 성폭력 범죄피해자의 감소와 사회 안전이 이루어질 것이다. 더하여 인지행동치료 프로그램을 널리 전파함으로써 효과적인 재범률 감소를 돕고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study focused on cognitive behavior therapy programs that help rehabilitate sexual offenders from the perspective of rehabilitation rather than punishment and promote re-socialization. In the West, there is a widespread perception that the effects of crime-related treatment programs should be analyzed in the form of evidence-based treatment. However, if we look at the current criminal justice system in Korea, we want to reduce the recidivism rate by strengthening punishment rather than improving the treatment of sexual offenders. Therefore, we want to develop a cognitive behavior therapy program that helps us identify the underlying causes of criminals and change distorted perceptions and tendencies and apply them to new lifestyles. The purpose was to analyze cognitive behavioral therapy programs for sexual offenders and verify their effectiveness. The main characteristics of criminals were cognitive distortion, conventional rape, empathy, and impulsivity. The purpose of the correction is to improve the cognitive behavior therapy program by examining the current status of the sex offender cognitive behavior therapy program and pointing out problems in the program and suggesting improvements. Furthermore, this paper allows many people to research and develop with interest in cognitive behavior therapy programs. According to the current status and contents of the cognitive behavioral therapy program for sexual offenders, the current cognitive behavioral therapy program for sexual offenders at the individual level lacks intervention in the principle of risk, fidelity and desire from an RNR perspective. There are also problems such as motivation and lack of effectiveness research. These problems need to be improved in the organization of programs from an RNR perspective, and the development and development of programs. Participants should be motivated and efforts should be made for a proven sex offender treatment program. The number of sexual violence crimes is increasing day by day, and the methods are also brutal, raising seriousness. Efforts should be made to prevent recidivism by recognizing problems in cognitive behavior therapy programs and improving and developing programs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to achieve the prevention of re-offending by ultimately re-socializing criminals through the improvement of the current sexual violence criminal cognitive behavior therapy program. The prevention of recidivism will reduce the number of victims of sexual violence and ensure social safety. In addition, it seeks to effectively help reduce recidivism rates by spreading cognitive behavioural therapy programs.
