직업계고 기계·금속 교사의 학점제 도입에 대한 인식

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 학점제 도입에 대한 직업계고 기계·금속 교사들의 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설문지를 통한 조사 연구 방법을 사용하였다. 설문 영역은 고교학점제에 대한 인식, 수업 및 진로선택, 교육과정, 평가, 운영, 교사 요구 기대, 학생 변화 기대의 7개 영역이고, 218명의 자료를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고등학교 기계·금속 교사의 고교학점제에 대해 인지도와 관심도는 낮은 수준이며, 비교적 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 현행 NCS 기반 교육과정과 차별화된 별도의 교육과정 운영을 토대로 학과 변경, 복수전공 등을 통해 현재 수준의 졸업 최소 이수단위 수준에서 학생들의 선택권을 보장하는 유연한 교육과정 운영의 필요성을 제기하였다. 셋째, 평가 측면에서는 명확한 성취기준과 성취수준의 설정을 통한 절대평가, 과정형 평가 및 교과 재이수제의 도입이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 고교학점제 도입에 따라 교육과정 이해력, 교수‧학습 능력, 진로지도 능력 등의 교사 전문성 신장을 위한 자발적인 노력이 필요함을 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, a survey was conducted to analyze the perception of mechanical and Metallurgical Education at vocational high schools on the introduction of the high school credit system. The survey was organized into seven areas: awareness of the high school grading system, selection of classes and career paths, curriculum, evaluation, facility, operation, expectations for teachers, and expectations for changes in students, and analysis was conducted in response to section 218. First, perceptions and interests in the high school credit system of specialized high school mechanical and metallurgical teachers was low, and had a relatively negative perception. Second, based on the operation of separate curricula differentiated from the NCS curriculum, flexible curriculum operation was proposed to ensure students’ choice at the current level of minimum level of this standard of graduation through changes in departments and multiple majors. Third, in terms of assessment, it was recognized that absolute evaluation, process-type evaluation and re-completion system were necessary through the establishment of clear achievement standards and achievement levels. Fourth, through the introduction of the high school credit system, they were aware of the need for voluntary efforts to enhance teachers’ expertise, such as understanding of the curriculum, career guidance skills.
