국문 초록

본 연구는 완전자율주행 사회의 구현을 위해서 “자율주행차의 기술적 진보로 획기적인 인명사고의 감소와 국민의 보편적 이동성 사회의 실현을 목표”로 자율주행의 개발, 보급촉진을 가속화하는 데 있어서 정책적 의의를 모색하는 것이다. 연구결과에서 살펴본 바와 같이 한국에서 자율주행이 활성화되지 못한 이유는 결국 다양한 불확실성에 대한 명확한 대응 방안을 마련하지 못했기 때문이다. 특히, 소외계층의 지원에 있어서 단기적인 위로금 지급 등의 방식이 아닌 기존 인력들의 재교육을 통한 혁신 참여자로의 전환 유도가 필요하다. 따라서 자율주행 역시 도입 및 확산에 걸릴 것으로 예상되는 기간 동안 기존 인력의 새로운 취업과 재교육을 통해 사회적 문제를 해결하고자 하는 노력을 확대해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In order to realize a fully autonomous driving society, this study has policy implications in accelerating the development and spread of autonomous driving with the aim of “aim to reduce life-threatening accidents and realize a universal mobility society for the people through technological advances in autonomous vehicles.” Is to seek. As shown in the results of the study, the reason why autonomous driving has not been activated in Korea is that, in the end, it has not been able to prepare a clear countermeasure for various uncertainties. In particular, in the support of the underprivileged, it is necessary to induce conversion to innovation participants through retraining of existing personnel, not through short-term payment of condolence money. Therefore, it is necessary to expand efforts to solve social problems through new employment and re-education of existing personnel during the period when it is expected that autonomous driving will also be introduced and spread.
