국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 데이트 폭력피해 발생의 요인탐색, 폭력피해 여성의 경험과 인식, 그리고 피해여성의 심리에 대해서 분석하고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제언하는 것이다. 연구조사를 위해서 2020년 8월 약 한달 동안 SNS와 눈덩이 표집법을 이용하여 데이트 폭력 피해 경험이 있는 여성을 조사대상자로 모집했으며, 11명의 데이트 폭력피해 여성과 심층면담을 통한 질적 연구방법으로 연구가 수행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 조사대상자는 다양한 연령차의 연상 남자친구 및 연하 남자친구와 교제를 했다. 둘째, 조사대상 여성 중 행동통제가 전체 11명(복수응답) 중 10명(90.9%)로 가장 많았고, 심리적･정서적 폭력 9명(81.8%), 신체적 폭력 8명(72.7%), 그리고 성폭력도 6명(54.5%) 응답되었다. 둘째, 가정폭력 피해경험, 폭력허용도, 자존감 및 자기주장성은 폭력피해의 위험요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 피해여성 대부분 심리적 외상을 경험한 것으로 밝혔다. 피해여성 대부분은 데이트 폭력 피해가 진행되는 과정에서 무서움과 불안, 화, 무기력 등의 감정을 경험했고, 자해 및 자살에 대한 생각도 한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계에 대해서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of the occurrence of dating violence, analyze the experiences and perceptions of violence victims, and the psychology of victims, and to suggest implications based on the analysis results. For the study, women who have experienced dating violence using social media and snowball sampling for about a month in August 2020 were recruited as subjects, and a qualitative research method through in-depth interviews with 11 dating violence victims was conducted. As a result of the study, first, the survey subjects had a relationship with older boyfriends and younger boyfriends of various ages. Among the surveyed women (multiple responses), behavioral control was the highest with 10 (90.9%) out of 11, psychological and emotional violence 9 (81.8%), physical violence 8 (72.7%), and sexual violence 6 (54.5%) responded. Second, domestic violence victim experience, violence tolerance, self-esteem, and self-assertion were found to be risk factors for dating violence. Third, it was revealed that most of the victims experienced psychological trauma. It was found that most of the victims experienced feelings of fear, anxiety, anger, lethargy etc. in the process of the victims of dating violence, and thought of self-harm and suicide. Finally, the significance, implications, and limitations of this study were discussed.
