국문 초록

본 연구는 청년 창업가의 심리적 요인과 과업적 요인이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 외부자금조달이 미치는 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 창업가의 심리적 요인으로 자존감과 창업가치를, 과업적 요인으로 직무역량과 창업어려움을 연구모형으로 설정하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 한국고용정보원의 2018 청년패널조사데이터를 활용해 24세 이상 42세 미만의 청년 창업가 427명을 대상으로 표본을 구성하여, 기술통계분석과 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 창업가의 자존감, 창업가치, 직무역량은 직업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업가의 창업어려움은 직업만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업가의 자존감과 창업가치가 직업만족도에 미치는 정(+)의 영향은 외부자금조달이 없는 경우보다 외부자금조달이 있는 경우 더 작았으며, 직무역량이 직업만족도에 미치는 정(+)의 영향은 외부자금조달이 없는 경우보다 외부자금조달이 있는 경우 더 크게 나타났다. 반면 창업어려움과 직업만족도에는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청년 창업가의 심리적 요인과 과업적 요인이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 외부자금조달의 조절효과를 실증적으로 확인하여 이론적, 실무적으로 청년 창업정책의 활성화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the effect of psychological and task factors on job satisfaction and the moderaing effect of external funding in their relationship. To achieve this goal, the factors influencing job satisfaction were analyzed by setting self-esteem and start-up value as psychological factors of entrepreneurs, and task competence and the difficulties of start-up as task factors. This study analyzed the 2018 Youth Panel Survey data from the Korea Employment Information Service, consisting of 427 young entrepreneurs aged 24 to 42 years old. Our results showed that self-esteem, start-up value, and task competence had positive impacts on job satisfaction. The difficulties of start-ups had been shown to have a negative impact on job satisfaction. In addition, with external funding, self-esteem and start-up value had smaller impacts on job satisfaction whereas task competence had a larger impact on job satisfaction. There was no moderating effect on the relationship between the difficulties of start-ups and job satisfaction. This study is expected to help revitalize youth start-up policies theoretically and practically by identifying the impact of psychological and task factors on job satisfaction and the moderating effect of external funding.
