국문 초록

이 논문의 목적은 적응형 학습을 글쓰기 교과에 적용하는 모형을 소개하는 것이다. 적응형 학습은 에듀테크의 발전을 통해서 실현할 수 있게 된 것이다.이 모형에서는학습자의 학습 과정에 교수자의 개입이 최소화된다.그리고 학습자의 학습 내용과 점수가 기록되어,학생과 교수자가 그것을 공유한다.이를 통해서 학습자는 자기 점수를 알 수 있고,교수자는 점수를 통해 피드백을 학생 맞춤형으로 할 수 있다. 학습의 과정은 맞춤형으로 설계된 트랙을 따르게 된다.이는 학습자에게 적합한 학습 도구가 제공되는 것을 의미한다.이것이 가능한 것은,학습자의 학습 과정이 일관된 기준에 따라서 측정되고,그것이 다음 학습의 수준을 결정하는 시스템이기 때문이다.미리 결정된 내용으로 학습자 전체가 동일한 트랙을 이수하는 것에 비해서 학습자 친화적이다.학습자의 특징이 반영된 맞춤형이 되므로,학습의 효율도 개선된다. 이 모델은 학습자가 많은 경우에도 학습자 맞춤형으로 운영할 수 있다.학습은 미리 설계된 단계와 각 레벨에서의 연습 도구에 따라 이루어지고,교수자는 학습 결과에 대한 피드백에 주력하는 모델이 될 수 있다.이를 통해서 강의실은 토론 중심으로바뀔 수 있다.질문과 대답,생각과 토론이 주된 모습이 된다.대면 수업에서는 물론이고,비대면 수업에서도 효과적으로 활용할 수 있다. 이것이 가능한 것은,ICT를 활용하여 학습자 스스로 기본능력을 숙달하는 것이기때문이다.학습정보 덕분에 학생 맞춤형 교육이 정교하게 될 수 있다.이 방법의 성공은 콘텐츠 개발을 통해서 이룰 수 있다.이들은 교과의 목표 설정과 진단 도구의 개발을 포함한다.학습 콘텐츠의 개발과 교수 방법의 연구를 위해서 교수자 공동체의 협업이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to introduce a model that applies adaptive learning to writing subjects. Adaptive learning can be realized through the development of Edutech. In this model, instructor intervention is minimized in the learning process of a learner. Additionally, the learner’s learning content and scores are recorded and shared by students and instructors. Through this, the learner can be informed of their score, and the instructor can personalize the feedback through the score. The learning process will follow a custom designed track. This means that learners will be provided with suitable learning tools, which will be possible because the learner s learning process will be measured according to a consistent criterion and a system that determines the level of next learning. It is learnerfriendly compared to completing the same track for all learners with predetermined content. Since it is customized to reflect the learner s characteristics, the efficiency of learning also improves. This model can be customized for learners even if there are multiple learners. Learning takes place according to pre-designed steps and practice tools at each level, and the instructor can become a model while focusing on the feedback on learning results. Through this, the classroom can be turned into a discussion center, where questions and answers, thoughts and discussions are the main features. It can be used effectively in face-to-face classes as well as in non-face-to-face classes. This is because it is possible for learners to master basic skills by using information and communications technology (ICT). Due to the learning information, customized education for students can be elaborated. This method can only succeed through content development. These include setting goals for the curriculum and developing diagnostic tools. The collaboration of the instructor community is required for the development of learning content and research of teaching methods.
