국문 초록

현대사회에서 우리는 캐릭터를 통해 자신의 감정을 드러낸다. 캐릭터는 기호뿐아니라 상징적인 의미를 지닌다. 캐릭터를 통해 자신의 내면세계를 드려다 볼 수 있으며, 새로운 자아를 발견하고 탐구할 수 있다. 본 연구는 초등 예비교사를 위한 수업사례로, 캐릭터를 통한 평면조형 수업프로그램의 에세이와 결과물을 정리한 것이다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 결과물 분석에서는 첫째, 학생들은 자신들의 생각과 감정이 투영된 독창적인 캐릭터를 제작하여 개성을 드러냈다. 둘째, 학습과정에서 요구되는 캐릭터의 종류와 표현방법을 습득하였다. 셋째, 캐릭터의 동세와 표정을 꾸며주는 다양한 시각효과를 체득했다. 넷째, 채색을 통해 자신만의 분위기를 연출하였다. 이를 통해 조형적 사고의 확대를 엿볼 수 있었다. 에세이를 통한 분석에서는 첫째, 예비교사들은 자기 주도적 학습 방법을 통해 자신감과 성취감을 얻어 초등교육 현장에서 적극 활용할 수 있다. 둘째, 캐릭터 학습을 통해 자신의 생각과 감정을 투영하는 방법을 인식했고 의사소통의 가능성을 확인했다. 셋째, 스토리텔링 과정에서 내면의 목소리를 듣고 새로운 모습을 발견하였다. 이러한 측면에서 교육적 의의를 관찰할 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 수업프로그램은 재현을 통한 미술보다는 자유로운 발상을 지향하고 창의적인 미술을 구체화하는데 주안점을 둔다. 향후 초등교육 현장에서 본 수업프로그램을 활용하여 새로운 교과목이 개설되기를 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

In modern society, we reveal our feelings through characters. Characters have symbolic meanings as well as symbols. Characters allow you to see your inner world, discover and explore new egos. This is a case study of a class for elementary school prep teachers, which summarizes the essays and results of the two-dimensional modeling Class through Character. As a result, the conclusions were below. In the analysis of the results, first, students showed their individuality by producing original characters that project their thoughts and feelings. Second, they learned the types of characters and expressions required in the learning process. Third, they learned the visual effects by decorating the character s movements and facial expressions. Fourth, they created his own mood through coloring. By doing this, pre-service elementary teachers were able to see through the expansion of formative thinking. In the analysis of the essay, first, pre-service elementary teachers can gain more confidence and fulfillment through self-directed learning methods and actively utilize them in the field of elementary education. Second, they recognized how to project their own thoughts and emotions through character learning and confirmed the possibility of communication. Third, during the storytelling process, they heard an inner voice and discovered a new side of theirs. Educational significance can be observed in this respect. In conclusion, this class program aims for free thinking rather than art through representation and focuses on embodying creative art. It is hoped that a new curriculum will be opened using this class program at the elementary education site in the future.
