단기상담 이론 비교

국문 초록

최근 짧은 시간만 상담받고 좋은 효과를 가지려는 단기상담에 대한 내담자들 요구가 많아져 본 연구자는 심리 상담이론 중 대표적 단기상담 이론인 해결중심 단기상담(Solution-focused brief therapy)과 단기 역동 상담(short-term dynamic psychotherapy)이론을 중심으로 선정 후 자료 분석과 정리를 2회 정리한 후 연구목적에 맞는 최종 35 자료를 분석해 공통점과 차이점을 비교 분석했다. 두 단기상담이론은 단 1회기로도 효과가 있고, 80% 상담 효과 유지율, 1년 수련 기간은 같았으나 각 이론의 상담 정의와 원리 및 상담 목표, 개입방법과 상담 기법, 상담 기간과 효과성 및 유지 효과, 수련 과정과 상담사 태도, 상담 과정과 내담자 특성은 차이가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 단기상담이 국내 상담 실정에 맞도록 상담 기간, 개인 및 집단상담 등에 맞는 단기상담 프로그램 개발과 단기상담 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

영문 초록

Recently, as there has been a growing demand of clients for brief psychotherapy to have a good effect even after receiving only a short time of counseling, the researcher selected the data of 89 books based on solution-focused brief psychotherapy and short-term dynamic psychotherapy theories, which are representative brief psychotherapy theories, and then summarized the analysis. And with all 35 books, this study comparatively analyzed the commonalities and differences pertinent to the purpose of this study. In the two brief psychotherapy theories, the effect, counseling retention rate of 80%, and duration of one year were the same in just one session, but each theory differed in counseling definitions and principles, counseling goals, intervention methods and counseling techniques, duration of counseling and its effectiveness and retention effects, training process and attitudes, counseling processes and client characteristics. Through this study, we intend to utilize short-term counseling programs for consultation period, individual and collective counseling to meet the actual conditions of domestic counseling as basic data for promoting short-term counseling.
