영문 초록

Nursing infants has become more important due to low birthrates. In this context, this study aimed to identify which impact ego-resiliency factors of nursing teachers working in the field have on their job satisfaction and find out whether burnout has mediation effects in the process where those factors affect job satisfaction. To that end, this study surveyed 202 nursing teachers at daycare centers in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do and the analysis result is as follows. First, regarding the impact of nursing teachers’ ego-resiliency factors - self-confidence and anger management - on their job satisfaction, all of them had positive impact on job satisfaction as a dependent variable. Secondly, regarding the impact of nursing teachers’ ego-resiliency factors - self-confidence and anger management - on burnout, all of them had significant impact on burnout. Thirdly, regarding the impact of nursing teachers’ burnout on their job satisfaction, burnout had significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourthly, regarding the impact of nursing teachers’ ego-resiliency factors - self-confidence and anger management - on their job satisfaction, burnout had significant mediation effects. According to such study results, in order to increase their job satisfaction, there is a need to explore how to enhance ego-resiliency factors of nursing teachers and a practical business strategy is also necessary to address their burnout.
