문화복지프로그램 이용이 노인의 생활만족과 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화복지프로그램 이용이 노인의 생활만족과 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 밝히는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 강원도의 삼척시, 동해시, 강릉시, 속초시 등 4개 지역 소재 노인복지관, 종합사회복지관, 주민센터 등 10개의 지역사회복지기관에서 문화복지프로그램을 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하여 최종 469부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 그 분석 결과, 문화복지프로그램 이용의 두 가지 요인이 생활만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 영향관계가 확인되었고, 자기효능감의 세부 요인인 자신감, 과제난이도선호, 자기조절효능감 요인이 이용과 생활만족과의 관계에서 매개변수로 영향을 미친다는 것이 검증되었으며, 자기효능감의 하위변수로 자신감, 과제난이도선호, 자기조절효능감 요인들은 생활만족에 대한 상관관계 연구임이 입증되었다. 따라서 자기효능감이라는 측면을 향상시키기 위해서는 생활시설 이용만족 향상 노력보다는 다양한 문화복지 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램의 질적 수준 관리노력 등을 통해 자기효능감을 향상시켜야 할 필요성이 있으며, 정부 및 지자체에서는 현실적으로 다양한 문화복지프로그램 도입 및 개선하는데 주도적으로 해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the medium effect of self-efficiency in the relationship between the effects of the use of cultural welfare programs on the elderly s living satisfaction and psychological well-being. In this study, in Gangwon Province, Samcheok, Sokcho, Gangneung, Sokcho-si, such as for the aged in four regions, Welfare Center, Social Welfare Center, 10 local social welfare organizations, such as community centers.Cultural welfare programs for elderly people using Empirical Analysis done for 469 of the final analysis the analysis, and cultural welfare programs, and use of two.Relationship impact in the relationship of the life satisfaction and psychological well-being are identified, and favored self-confidence, task difficulty of the detailed factors of self-efficacy, self-regulation and efficacy.The access and influence as a parameter in our relationships with community satisfaction that the verification, as lower on the self-efficacy.Control his confidence, task difficulty like, efficacy study prove to be correlation factors for the community satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve the aspect of self-efficiency, it is necessary to develop diverse cultural welfare programs, improve self-efficiency through quality level management efforts, and the government and local governments should take the initiative in introducing and improving diverse cultural welfare programs in reality.
