회계정보시스템의 이론과 실무에 관한 연구

국문 초록

21세기 현대사회에서 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나는 급변하는 상황이나 환경에 빠르게 적응하여야 한다. 이런 상황에서 대학생들은 대학에서 이론을 습득하여 이를 현실세계에 어떻게 적용하여야 하는가에 의문이 있다. 대학생들의 교과과정을 살펴보면 회사에서 원하는 인재상을 교육시키는 것이 아니라 현실과 다르게 학습을 시키고 있는 실정도 적지 않다. 그래서 기업의 실무담당자들은 대학교육을 통해서 배출된 인재상이 기업이 원하는 전문지식과 실무를 갖춘 인재상과는 너무나 많은 차이를 보이고 있어 회사에 입사한 후 즉각 업무에 투입할 수 없어 재교육을 시키는 비용과 또한 재교육 기간이 걸린다고 어려움을 토로하고 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 회계·세무학과의 회계정보시스템 관련 소프트웨어의 인지수준과 교육시기와 이론과 실무의 비중을 중심으로 연구하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 이론과 실무 선호 비중의 차이를 보면 여성이 실무를 더 중시하고 있으며 남성은 이론을 더욱 중시하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 실무경험유무에 따른 이론과 실무 선호 비중의 차이를 보면 실무 경험이 없는 집단이 실무를 더 중시하고 있으며 실무 경험이 있는 집단은 실무보다는 이론을 더욱 중시하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 성별에 따른 ERP와 Excel의 인지정도의 차이를 보면 여성이 남성보다 인지정도가 더 높다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 ERP와 Excel의 교육시기의 차이를 보면 여성의 경우가 ERP의 경우는 나중에 배우려 하고, Excel의 경우는 먼저 배우려고 하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 다섯째, 실무경험유무에 따른 ERP와 Excel의 인지정도의 차이를 보면 실무경험이 없는 집단이 Excel에 대한 인지가 높게 나타나고 있다. 여섯째, 실무경험유무에 따른 ERP와 Excel의 교육시기에 차이를 보면 실무경험이 없는 집단이 Excel의 경우 먼저 배우려고 하는 경향이 있다는 것을 나타내고 있다.

영문 초록

The one of the most important things that private or non-profit organizations have to do in the 21st centuries is to adapt quickly to rapidly changing situations or environments. Education in university can not be the exception in this trend. Looking at the curriculum of university students, some may argue that it does not focus on educating students to become who type of person that a corporate may want, but teach them in somewhat different ways. Therefore, corporate executive members express their needs that the corporate has the difficulties to re-educate its employees who already finished their university education because they are not ready and cannot be assigned to corporate tasks right away due to its cost and time. So, this research focused on university students perception level of various softwares, education time, theory, and experiences related to the accounting information system. The followings are the research results. First, looking at the difference of preference about theory and practice between gender, women prefer practice, and men prefer theory. Second, looking at the difference of preference about theory and practice based on experiences, no experienced group prefer experiences, and experienced group prefer theory. Third, looking at the difference of perception about ERP and Excel based on gender, women s perception level is higher than men s. Fourth, looking at the difference of education period about ERP and Excel based on gender, women have a tendency to try to learn Excel first and ERP later. Fifthly, looking at the difference of perception about ERP and Excel based on the experiences, no experienced group has higher perception level. Sixthly, looking at the difference of education periods about ERP and Excel based on the experiences, no experienced group has a tendency to try to learn Excel first.
