국문 초록

본 연구는 사회적기업의 지속가능성을 높이고 사회적 가치를 창출하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 사회적경제에 대한 관심과 사회적 가치에 대한 논의가 증가하고 있지만, 사회적 가치의 개념에 대해서 명확히 밝혀지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌고찰을 통해 그 특성과 의미를 살펴보고, 한국 사회적기업의 사회적 가치 실현의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 살펴본 사회적기업의 사회적 가치란, 사회적기업이 경제적 수익 창출과 지속가능한 운영 전략을 통해 사회문제를 해결하고, 한 개인의 인간성과 그가 속한 공동체의 가치를 회복하는 활동이라고 볼 수 있다. 사회적기업이 사회적 가치창출을 통해 급속한 기술의 진보와 사회변화에 따른 당면한 사회적 문제를 해결하고, 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 모델을 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to increase the sustainability of social enterprises and create social values. Although the discussion on social value and interest in social economy is increasing, the concept of social value has not been clarified. This study is to examine the meaning of social values and to emphasize the importance of realizing the social values ​​of Korean social enterprises. The social value of the social enterprise as seen through this study can be regarded as the activity of the social enterprise to solve the social problem through the economic profit generation and the sustainable operation strategy and to restore the individual humanity and the value of the community to which it belongs. Social enterprises will be able to solve social problems caused by rapid technological progress and social change through the creation of social value, and develop a model for continuous growth.
