어린이집 원장의 인구사회학적 특성, 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 C시의 원장 256명을 대상으로 인구사회학적 특성, 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0을 통해 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 직무스트레스의 하위변인인 고유업무스트레스, 지원업무스트레스, 교사활동스트레스는 소진과 정적상관관계로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성의 자기조절능력, 긍정성, 대인관계능력은 부적상관관계가 있는 것을 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성, 직무스트레스, 회복탄력성의 소진에 대한 영향력을 확인한 결과, 원장들은 근무시간, 보조교사 유무, 직무스트레스의 하위변인인 지원업무스트레스, 교사역할스트레스, 회복탄력성의 하위변인인 긍정성이 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 원장의 효과적인 직무수행을 지원할 수 있는 방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료가 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of demographic characteristics, job stress and resilience on burnout in 256 directors of C city who are in day care centers. For this purpose, the data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, intrinsic work stress, support work stress, and teacher activity stress, which are sub-variables of job stress, were positively correlated with burnout, and self-regulation ability, positiveness, and interpersonal ability of resilience were inadequate. Correlated. Second, as a result of verifying the influence on demographic characteristics, job stress and exhaustion of resilience, directors were found to be subordinate variables of working hours, presence of assistant teachers, subordinate variables of job stress, supportive stress, teacher role stress, and resilience. Positiveness was found to have a significant impact. This suggests that basic data are needed to prepare the plan to support the director s effective job performance.
