국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 편의시설지원센터 종사자(가칭 편의증진사)가 수행하고 있는 직무를 체계화하기 위한 직무모형을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 데이컴법을 활용하여 6명의 데이컴 위원회를 구성하고 3회의 데이컴 워크숍을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 직무모형은 9개 책무, 31개 작업이 도출되었다. 기술직의 책무는 민원상담(A), 건축허가지원(B), 사용승인지원(C)이었으며, 행정직의 주요 책무는 일반행정(H), 재무회계(I)이었다, 교육(D), 홍보(E), 실태조사(F), 연구(G)의 책무는 기술직과 행정직의 공통 업무였다. 또한 난이도와 빈도가 가장 높은 책무는 연구 책무였으며, 중요도가 가장 높은 책무는 건축허가 지원 책무였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 제시된 편의시설지원센터 종사자의 표준 업무는 종사자의 업무수행에 있어 전문성과 효율성을 높이는데 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 작업요소별로 제시된 빈도, 난이도, 중요도 등은 향후 관련 전문 교육 및 자격제도 수립에 중요한 근거가 된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 직무분석 결과에 근거한 체계화된 교육훈련 프로그램과 관련 전문자격을 구성하는 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present a task model for systematizing the tasks performed by staffs of the Amenity Technical Assistant Center for the Disabled. To accomplish this, DACUM method was applied by organizing a DACUM committee with six committee members, and the conclusion was drawn through 3 DACUM workshops. As a result of the analysis, nine duties and 31 tasks were derived from the task model. The duties of the technical staffs were civil affairs consultation, building permits, and approval of use, and the duties of the administrative staffs were general administration and accounting/finance, while education, public relations, survey, and research were the common duties of technical and administrative staffs. In addition, the duties with the highest level of difficulty and frequency was the research duty, and the duty with the highest criticality was the duty of building permits. The standardized tasks of the staffs of the Amenity Technical Assistant Center for the Disabled presented by the results of this study can be used as important information for improving the professionalism and efficiency in the task performance of the staffs. Additionally, the frequency, difficulty, and criticality presented by each task component are the important basis for establishing relevant professional education and licensing system. Consequently, this study proposes a follow-up research on constructing systematic educational training program and relevant professional licensing system based on the task analysis results.
