국문 초록

본 연구는 아파트 거주자의 구매결정요인이 주거만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 시대적 환경의 변화에 따라 구매결정요인과 주거만족의 형태는 변화 될 것이다. 이 연구를 통하여 현재 대표적인 주거형태인 아파트에 거주하고 있는 거주자들의 주거만족의 인식을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 아파트를 구매결정하고 아파트 거주자가 그 아파트에 살면서 주거만족도가 높으면 개인의 주거환경이 높아진다고 할수 있다. 반대로 아파트 거주자의 주거만족도가 현저히 낮아진다면 아파트 거주자의 주거환경 또한 낮아 질 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 아파트를 공급하고자 하는 공급주체는 이러한 관계를 잘 인식하고 미래의 아파트 거주자들에게 양질의 아파트를 공급함으로써 아파트 거주자의 주거환경을 향상시 킬 수 있어야 할 것이다. 아파트 공급주체는 소비자들이 시대에 적합한 구매결정요인, 주거만족 관계를 잘 인식함으로써 리스크를 줄이고 성공적인 아파트 공급을 진행 할 수 있을 것이며, 소비자인 아파트 거주자들은 주거만족이 향상 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the impact of purchasing decision factors on residential satisfaction of apartment residents. The buying determinants and the form of housing satisfaction will change as the times change. Through this study, we wanted to confirm the awareness of residential satisfaction among residents living in apartments, which are currently representative types of housing. If you decide to buy an apartment and the residents of the apartment live in the apartment and have a high level of residential satisfaction, you can say that the individual s living environment increases. Conversely, if the residential satisfaction of apartment dwellers is significantly reduced, the residential environment of apartment dwellers will also be reduced. The supplier who wants to supply apartments should be aware of these relationships and be able to improve the residential environment of apartment dwellers by providing quality apartments to future apartment dwellers. Apartment suppliers will be able to reduce risks and proceed with successful apartment supply by recognizing the purchasing determinants and housing satisfaction relationship suitable for consumers times, while apartment residents who are consumers will be able to improve housing satisfaction.
