국문 초록

코로나19(COVID-19) 이후 주거환경의 변화는 주거복지 사각지대에 있는 취약계층에게 매우 심각한 스트레스를 야기한다. 특히 한부모는 비정규직, 일용직, 자영업자 등 고용상태가 불안정하고 주거의 질이 열악한 상태에 놓여있으므로, 주거에서 발생하는 문제에 적절히 대처할 수 없다. 즉, 한부모 가족은 코로나19 이후 소득의 상실, 주거환경의 노후·협소·과밀, 돌봄 및 양육의 공백, 교육의 부재 등 다양한 원인으로 주거 스트레스를 받고 있으나, 이에 대한 대처방식은 무적응 또는 비적응의 태도로 주거적응을 할 수 밖에 없는 실정이다. 또한 한부모 가족의 주거문제는 아동의 주거 빈곤, 교육 및 돌봄의 상대적 불평등으로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 적절한 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 변화 된 주거환경에 초점을 두고 한부모 가족의 주거 내 발생하는 스트레스와 이의 영향요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대, 국가와 지역사회의 한부모 가족의 주거지원 방향을 모색하는 데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The residential stress of single-parent families is not simply a matter of housing expenses, but is linked to survival. The employment status of single parents is mostly temporary, daily workers, self-employed, etc., and they are in a position that is highly likely to experience unpaid leave, unemployment, or discontinuation due to Corona 19. Because it is directly connected to. Single-parent families have to give up caring for their children because their caregivers must perform economic activities to make a living. There is no choice but to create a gap in care. Moreover, the absence of the primary care giver s ability to guide learning and management of learning while the place of education has been moved to the residence will inevitably aggravate the relative inequality in education. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect residential stress after COVID-19 in single-parent families. The purpose of this study was to derive factors influencing single-parent families residential stress to identify the causes, and to classify cluster types according to residential stress to find housing support suitable for the stress types of single-parent families. As for the analysis method, factor analysis of SPSS was performed to derive the factors influencing residential stress, and cluster analysis was performed using the factors as a variable to classify the types of residential stress of single-parent families. This will contribute to seeking policy support suitable for the housing situation of single-parent families after the COVID-19 outbreak.
