국문 초록

본 연구는 G밸리 지식산업센터 내 지원시설에서 반복ㆍ지속되고 있는 문제점을 인식하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 대안을 찾는 연구의 필요성을 확인하고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 선행연구와 전문가 FGI를 활용하여 업무지원 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 선정하고, 6개의 독립변수와 1개의 종속변수로 구성되는 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 연구모형 및 가설 검증을 위하여 G밸리 지식산업센터에 입주한 기업에 근무하는 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 607부를 유효표본으로 선정하고, 실증분석의 데이터로 활용하였다. 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 진행한 실증분석의 주요 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업무지원 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 지원시설은 공공커뮤니티시설로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무지원 만족도에 업무시설도 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입주기업 종사자의 개인적인 이유로 이용하는 지원시설들은 업무지원 만족도에 미치는 영향력이 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 주요 결과를 토대로 G밸리 지식산업센터 내 지원시설에서 반복ㆍ지속되고 있는 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 법률 개정을 통한 의무설치기준의 마련과 공공커뮤니티시설 설치면적에 따른 수익성 보존을 위한 용적률 완화, 세금감면 등의 인센티브 제도 시행 필요성에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study recognized problems that are repeated and sustained in support facilities in G Valley Knowledge Industry Center and conducted research to find alternatives to improve them. For this purpose, variables that affect satisfaction level of work support were selected using existing prior research and expert FGI, and research models and hypotheses were set. In addition, a survey was conducted on employees working for companies operating in the G Valley Knowledge Industry Center for research model and hypothesis verification, and 607 copies were selected as valid samples and used as data for empirical analysis. The main results of the empirical analysis conducted using multiple regression analysis are summarized as follows. First, the support facilities that have the greatest impact on the satisfaction of work support were found to be public community facilities. Second, it was found that the satisfaction level of work support had a significant impact on the work facilities. Third, the support facilities used for personal reasons of the employees of the tenant companies did not have much influence on the satisfaction of the work support. Based on the above major results, a policy alternative was proposed to improve the problems repeated and continued in support facilities in the G Valley Knowledge Industry Center.
