국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 첫째, 3·1운동을 설계했던 ‘설계자’ 한위건과 지역 간 정보를 전달해주었던‘전달자’ 정재용에 관한 사료를 분석하는 것이다. 계획자 한위건과 연관된 법정자료를 분석하고전달자 정재용의 활동을 역사적으로 소개하는 것과 동시에 3·1운동과 관련한 두 사람의 활동에대해 역사적 사실관계를 규명하는 것이다. 둘째, 독립선언서 낭독자가 누구인지를 논할 때 한위건과 정재용이 거론되는데, 핵심 논쟁을 분석하여 선언서 낭독 문제 해결의 실마리를 찾고자한다. 한위건은 1·2차 만세운동을 계획하였다. 그는 운동의 성공을 위해 학생들 참여를 독려하고 선언서 배포에도 관여하였으며 격문의 초안을 작성하기도 하였다. 정재용은 3·1운동의 또다른 설계자였던 박희도를 도와 지역 간 정보 및 선언서를 전달하였다. 이로 인해 두 사람 모두선언서 낭독에 대한 가능성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 그렇지만 두 사람에게는 낭독과 관련하여많은 문제점이 발견되었다. 이를 해결하기 전까지는 특정 인물에 대한 가능성은 논의할 수 있지만, 구체적 확정에는 미흡한 점이 있음을 밝혔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to first analyze the historical data about Han We geon, the planner who planned the March 1st Movement, and Jeong Jae yong, the passenger who delivered information between regions. It is to analyze court data related to the planner Han We geon and to historically introduce the activities of the messenger Jeong Jae yong, while at the same time uncovering the historical facts of the two regarding the March 1st Movement. Second, Han Wi-gun and Jung Jae-yong are mentioned when discussing who read the Declaration of Independence, and we would like to analyze the key dispute to find a clue to the solution of the declaration reading problem. For the success of the Manse Movement, Han We geon encouraged students to participate, participated in the distribution of the declaration, and drafted the manifesto. Jeong Jae yong helped Park Hui-do, another architect of the March 1st Movement, to deliver information and declarations between regions. This suggests that both are highly likely to read the declaration. However, many problems with reading have been discovered for the two. Until this is resolved, the possibility of a specific person can be discussed, but there is a lack of concrete confirmation.
