장･노년자원봉사자의 봉사활동인식 영향요인 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 봉사단체에서 활동하고 있는 장･노년자원봉사자들의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망 수준이 봉사활동인식에 미치는 영향관계를 연구하는데 있다. 또한 봉사활동인식을 신체적 인식, 심리적 인식, 사회적 인식으로 구분하여 살펴봄으로써 보다 종합적인 차원의 봉사활동인식을 높일 수 있는 실천적 함의를 심층적으로 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 서울 5개지역 9개 봉사단체에서 활동하고 있는 장･노년기 자원봉사자를 대상으로 1개월(2019년 5월)동안 설문조사하여 257명이 응답한 결과에 대해 회귀분석 통계방법을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 자원봉사자의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적관계망은 봉사활동인식에 있어 정적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종속변수의 하위요소들과의 영향관계를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 활동만족도, 사회적 관계망은 봉사활동에 의한 신체적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였고, 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망은 봉사활동에 의한 심리적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였다. 또한 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망도 봉사활동에 의한 사회적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 자원봉사 활동현장이나 자원봉사자 관리에 있어, 자원봉사자의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적관계망 등을 확대할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 및 관리기법, 효과적인 자원봉사활동 지원방법 등을 대안으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to examine the activity satisfaction, activity participation, activity relationship and other relevant factors which might affect the volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age in an integrated way. The volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age was classified into physical, psychological and social Perception as to acquire precise understanding and find practical implication for developing volunteering Perception. To achieve this goal, 270 of the volunteers in advanced and old age in 9 Senior welfare centers and volunteer centers of Seoul City 5 areas were surveyed for 1 month(May, 2019) and 257 of their answers were analyzed based on regression model. The results are as follows. It appeared that activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age. In detail, activity satisfaction(+) and activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering physical Perception, activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering psychological perception and activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering social perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age. On a basis of these results, guide and assist in order to develop volunteering perception by increasing activity satisfaction, activity participation, activity relationship of volunteers in the advanced and old age.
