영문 초록

This report analyzes the sociological status and problems of the underdeveloped areas, provides a strategy to promote differentiated health exercise projects to promote physical activity in the underdeveloped areas. The biggest problems of the underdeveloped areas were presented as aging society, temporary external growth of local small cities, urban-based population migration, and social isolation due to rapid industrial society. Therefore, this study presented a close-fitting national physical education center as a practical and feasible collaboration method, operating the physical fitness certification center of the National Physical Fitness 100 project, and the health center s integrated health promotion center project within the region, by recognizing the importance of cooperation with related organizations for health exercise projects that can develop the underdeveloped areas. To this end, it is necessary to implement a project in which local and regional residents can develop positively by constructing professional manpower at home and abroad for national policy and regional development.
