영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to re-discover the meaning and essence of reality and perception experienced in the world of teaching leaders of the study subjects in the research of targeting the leaders of boxing gym. The result was composed of two categories: Prior research has led to the first “educational conflict of leaders” organized according to research procedures. However, in reflection, it seems that this part comes from a setting in which it is difficult for the leaders of this part to deepen their inner desires. According to the phenomenological research procedure and analysis method, the second “conflict of career choice” was drawn, but in reflection, it is judged that the desires of the leaders are the personal anxiety that does not match the social situation as in the first place.
