영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine through the examples of field leaders in Taekwondo about change of training programs and teaching methods due to COVID-19. In order to achieve this goal, this study consisted of male and female leaders with over 20 years of field experience and having certification. And collected data using in-depth interview methods. First, Taekwondo leaders were shown to have various experiences through COVID-19, and the experiences could be expressed as a common theme of fear. Second, through group lessons, it was possible to find a leader seeking change in the existing training program in order to adapt to the reality that the strength of Taekwondo courts, where physical and mental training can be performed simultaneously, cannot be exerted by COVID-19. Third, since the current situation of COVID-19 is unknown, it was able to confirm the “leader preparing for training programs after COVID-19”. Through this study, we were able to confirm the efforts of the Taekwondo leaders to overcome the COVID-19 era, and we hope that specific plans for the Taekwondo program suitable for the Corona 19 era will continue in the future.
