월경통 측도의 신뢰도 향상 방법

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 월경통의 정도와 월경통으로 인한 일상생활의 장애정도를 묻는 월경통 문진에서 문항들의 측정척도가 서로 다를 경우 이 문항들의 변수변환과 선형조합에 의하여 새로운 월경통 측도를 제안하고 있다. 연구의 대상이 되는 데이터는 가임기 여성 1039명의 설문응답이며, 새로운 월경통 측도를 생성시키기 위하여 7개 문항을 사용하고 있다. 월경통의 통증 정도를 나타내는 측도를 산출하기 위한 변수선택 방법은 신뢰구간, 상관계수, 크론박 알파, 주성분분석, 인자분석을 이용하고 있다. 그리고 제안한 월경통 측도와 선택된 문항들 간의 일치성은 코헨의 가중카파 계수와 경험적 방법을 사용하여 검토하고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구인 김규곤과 이인선(2004)의 단점을 보완하여 신뢰도가 향상된 새로운 월경통 측도를 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, we propose a new measure of menstrual pain by the transformation and linear combination of variables which are used in the questionnaires to measure some degree of the menstrual pain and the trouble of daily life. In this case, the targeted variables have a different of measurement scale. The questionnaires data of 1039 women are investigated and also 7 variables are used in generating the new measure of menstrual pain. The adopted methods of variable selection are confidence interval, correlation coefficient, Cronbach s alpha coefficient, principal component analysis, factor analysis. Then Cohen s weighted kappa and the empirical method are used to prove the degree of agreement between the proposed measure and the used questionnaires.And also, we propose the new modified measure which improved the reliability for the measure of menstrual pain in Kim and Lee(2004).
